Good location, but the host did not keep the terms we had agreed on when booking

The apartment is nice, comfortable, clean and the location is great

1. We requested to check in 1 hour earlier (1pm) than the regular check in(2 pm) and the host confirmed that there is no problem with that. When we arrived at 1.30pm the room was not ready and we had to wait until they clean the room 2. We requested a baby crib and the host confirmed that we will provide such. Unfortunately there was no baby crib in the apartment

Everything was more than perfect. Clean, Located well, fresh, stocked in the fridge. Ironing facilities, Washing up and clothes cleaning. Very spacious.. Perfect place to stay. I have stayed here many times and will always choose this place.

Чудесен, широк, реновиран апартамент в стар жилищен блок. Много добре оборудван и със супер местоположение, в близост до центъра и същевременно с възможност за безплатно паркиране.

Терасата е доста малка, което може да се каже, че в топлите месеци е лек недостатък.

Функционален и удобен апартамент

Чисто и уютно. За втори път отсядам в този апартамент и със сигурност при следващо идване в Габрово, отново ще отседна тук. Подходящо за семейства с деца. В близост е до супер маркет, магазин за алкохол и цигари, аптеки, пекарна и до пешеходната улица. В околкостите на града има много забележителности.

Geräumige Wohnung, die alles für den Aufenthalt Notwendige hat.

Die Übergabe mit dem Schlüsselbox in Zusammenhang mit dem sehr verbindlichen und zuverlässigem Ansprechpartner hat die Anreise stressfrei gestaltet. Toll fand ich die geräumige Dusche (fast 2qm), wo man problemlos zu zweit duschen kann (mit Kind). Der Ansprechpartner war immer per Chat präsent und hat geholfen, wenn ich beispielsweise mit der Bedienung der Kaffeemaschine nicht klarkam. Auch wurden Kaffeekapseln auf Nachfrage zeitnah nachgefüllt.

In unserem Fall war es nicht so entscheidend, aber wenn ich drei Essstühle auf den Fotos sehe, erwarte ich auch drei funktionierenden Stühle, dies waren nur zwei. Ein Stuhl hatte eine wackelige Lehne. Im einem Schlafzimmer gab es abends starke Wasserleitungsgeräusche, die vermutlich aus der Nachbarwohnung kamen. Am Wochenende ist es abends manchmal durch die nah gelegenen Gaststätten etwas laut, so dass man nicht beim offenen Fenster schlafen kann (Klimaanlage ist in jedem Raum vorhanden)
