Very pleasant apartment nicely arranged and functional, on the 2nd floor, not overlooked, head in the pines and palm trees with 2 balconies, 1 of which is 10m2 facing south. Beautiful location facing the 18-hole Valescure golf course. Beautifully composed garden overlooking the swimming pool with deckchairs at your disposal.
The immediate surroundings are favorable:
- sporting activities (strolls in the Estérel, beach and sea activities, sailing, diving, horse riding, bowling, pétanque), tennis and archery close by and golf courses, 2 harbors pleasure.
- cultural activities, numerous museums, castles, exhibitions, ancient villages.
- fun activities, casino, cinema, theater, amusement park, jazz festival.
- fun activities, markets of all kinds, night market in summer, wine cellars.

Appartement très bien situé dans un parc arboré avec vue sur le golf, dommage que l'avenue des golfs en contrebas soit un axe très passant, avec, en plus en semaine, les allers retours des camions de chantier. Très agréable terrasse où nous pouvons prendre les repas ( dans le bruit ).
Très bien équipé ( y compris barbecue ), rien ne manquait.
Idéal pour un couple qui se contente d'une literie de 140 car la literie du canapé du séjour est très inconfortable.
Un seul jeu de clés nous a été remis ce qui nous a posé des problèmes d'organisation . N'ayant pas les mêmes activités .
