The apartment has been totally renovated in 2016. It can accommodate up to 8 people, it is composed:
2 bedrooms composed of a bed of 2 people each
1 bedroom consist of a bunk bed
1 living room with a sofa bed and a TV.
1 fitted kitchen with hob ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
1 terrace / balcony which can be closed and used winter and summer, with dining table and bed for 2 more people.
1 bathroom (shower cabinet with 2 sinks)
1 separate WC
All renovated in a sober and distinguished assembly, fitted to accommodate up to 10 people.
Equipped with WIFI and ORANGE TV subscription
The apartment enjoys a magnificent view on the island of Port Cros, the Ile du Levant and the center of Le Lavandou. Located in the seafront residence LES HORIZONS on the 4th floor (last floor with elevator) of building 4 and has its own parking space.
The residence is closed and guarded, it includes a bowling green and 2 tennis courts (in addition to booking on site).
You'll be close to the sea, no need to take the car, all amenities including the sandy beach (you get out of the residence and you're there), the 1st restaurants (50m), shops, water activities (150m) are within walking distance. The center of Le Lavandou is 5 minutes walk and you can walk along the sea on the pedestrian esplanade to reach La Favière.
