the location cannot be beat. you can walk down the quiet beach (10min by foot) or drive around to monaco / menton (about 10 - 15 min each).the garage is a real plus because parking can be hard to find there.the outdoor is really nice as it offers a stunning view of the water.the only slight negative thing would be the size of the kitchen if I had to pick one !great great location and great host !

Absolutely beautifull house, view and neighbourhood. Walking distance to Monaco and to the beach, that also has a beachclub. The house is beautifull furnished and has every you need. Also nice with the garage for the car. We would like to visit again.
