Apartment T1 2013 with sitting areas (including sleeping) and separate kitchen organized around a loggia with sea view, very bright facing south is 500 meters from the center, shops and the beach. Many varied restaurants nearby, Residence and quiet area without traffic. Good starting point to discover the coast, La Baule, wild coast, Guérandaise peninsula and the Brière natural national park Rental from Saturday to Saturday July and August. Reduction in weekly rate May June on request

This very nice flat is new, well designed and equipped with everything (including deep freeze and microwave) making it easy to enjoy holidays in St. Marc. It has a spacious balcony with a great view to the sea, from where the ships in the Loire estuary can be watched. The flat belongs to a newly build house in a brand new residential area near to the beach (Plage M. Hulot), which can also be recommended (nice environment, not too crowded even in the summer). The flat is very well-kept and tidy, everything is new. It has a big and comfortable kitchen and a living room connected to the kitchen. There is no separate bed room but a bed sofa in the living room. Every room including the bath room is equipped with windows so the flat is very bright, one can enjoy the sun. The renter Laurent is very friendly and helpful. Spontaneous prolongation of the stay for a couple of days didn't make any problems. The city of St. Nazaire is in direct vicinity and offers some places of interest, but the bigger city of Nantes is also not too far away (about 60 km) offering many attractions (both cities situated at the river Loire). Near St. Marc the nature park Briere is located where birds can be watched. The flat can be recommended without restriction of any kind!

Séjour très agréable. Les commerces et la plage sont à moins de 10 minutes à pieds. Lieu très calme. L'appartement est bien agencé avec une décoration cocooning. Le propriétaire est super sympa et l'accueil très chaleureux. Nous recommandons à 200 % cette location.

Logement très propre et fonctionnel. La literie est très bonne. La loggia est un endroit idéal pour lire, se reposer et boire un apéritif ou un café selon l'envie de chacun ! Excellente situation géographique (proche de la plage et du bourg). Le propriétaire est sympa et accueillant. Une adresse à retenir ou à essayer sans tarder !

Nous avons vécu un excellent séjour dans un endroit calme et reposant. L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. A l'intérieur,tout y est pour y faire la cuisine,les serviettes de bain aussi ainsi que tout le nécessaire pour nettoyer le logement. Je terminerai en disant qu'il y a une belle terrasse. Et bien sûr la maman de Laurent est très accessible et accueillante.

Die schön geschnittene Wohnung mit gutem Wohnkomfort war nach den Tagesausflügen stets ein schöner und gemütlicher Rückzugsort. Die Betreuung war trotz sprachlicher Hemmnisse ausgezeichnet.

Nous avons passé un agréable WE ! quartier et immeuble calme. Commerces et chemins côtiers vraiment pas loin. En ce qui concerne l'appartement : propre, lumineux il y a tout comme ustensile de cuisine et la loggia est très agréable L’accueil très chaleureux

Appartement en parfait état, décoré avec goût et très bien agencé. De nombreux rangements permettent d'optimiser l'espace au maximum. Petite résidence située dans un quartier calme et reposant tout en étant très proche du centre bourg et de la plage (10mn à pieds). Echanges sympathiques à distance avec Laurent, le propriétaire des lieux et sur place avec sa maman qui s'occupe de l'accueil des vacanciers. En un mot, Tout était parfait avec en prime un temps magnifique !!!

propriétaire soucieux de ses hôtes, n'a pas hésité à communiquer par sms et se rendait disponible en cas de problème, étant éloigné. Appartement en parfait état, propre. Nous avons été reçus par la maman du propriétaire très sympathique. A notre surprise nous attendaient des biscuits locaux sur la table, draps et serviettes de toilette étaient fournis. Nous recommandons cette location.

La location ressemble vraiment au descriptif de l'annonce comme sur les photos "elles ne mentent pas". Vraiment impeccable tant au niveau propreté, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. La situation du logement bien au calme et vraiment proche des commerces, des restos "dont un vraiment excellent", de la plage et des sentiers pédestres et vélo... Je remercie encore Laurent pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et ses conseils de ballades qui ont bien occupé mon séjour vraiment très agréable. Joëlle
