An apartment right on the water! Direct access to Mr. Hulot Beach, ranked among the top 10 most beautiful beaches in France by The Guardian. Enjoy the downtown location, with all the shops and family-friendly summer activities organized by the town. You can park your car in the reserved private parking lot and leave it there for the duration of your beach stay if you’d like! Just a few minutes from Pornichet, La Baule, and Saint-Nazaire, with plenty of scenic walks to explore in the region.
The 32-square-meter apartment is located in a small residence and features a terrace/balcony overlooking a private parking lot.
A portable fan is available on-site during the summer.
The apartment is equipped to accommodate 4 people. You can enjoy your meals on the terrace or indoors: the table has two extension leaves if needed.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
Pets are allowed. Other pets may be present in the building. Only small, calm, and house-trained pets are permitted. Please let me know when you make your reservation.

Nice apartment for a wonderful stay in Saint Marc sur mer. The owner is easy to reach and responds immediately to questions. We can definitely recommend Ludovic's apartment.
