We loved our stay. Everything was clean, Fresh & well decorated. A wonderful location.
The only negative was the shower has a very slippery floor. This could be easily remedied with a shower floor mat.
We enjoyed or stay & will definitely stay here again.

Phoenix Condos are in a great location in OBA, but they are older.
The condo we stayed in had a beautiful view, comfortable bed and the BEST Stocked Kitchen we've ever stayed at.
However there were a few issues (and I normally never complain):
1. The building had only one elevator working the entire time we were there and was told that it had been out for over a week. Resulting in long lines, long wait times and packed elevators.
2. The condo smelled moldy and mildewy and there was mold or mildew by the A/C vent in the bathroom.
3. The tub does not drain well. You're in above ankle deep water with a regular shower.
4. The trash chute on the 9th floor doesn't work. The handle is broken so you have to go to another floor to dump trash.
5. When we brought the issues we were having to the management property on our 2nd day, ironically our door code stopped working. We had to go to Phoenix 1 to call management and wait outside for at least 20 minutes until the issue was resolved and we were given a new door code.
6. The kitchen mats need to be replaced. They look dirty so
