About this house rental
This main street home is perfect for a group of 2 to 3 families or a group of couples/singles. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps 12-14 comfortably. There is a brand new 6 person hot tub on the deck that is available as an optional rental.
The kitchen is brand new, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a full array of small appliances, dishware,cookware, etc. The kitchen boasts a great island counter making this the ideal gathering place for family and friends. There is also a sun room off the main kitchen area.
The living room has great seating, a large flat panel lcd television and a new pellet stove making this a wonderful gathering room. The dining room is quite spacious with a large amount of seating. Additional seating is available at the kitchen breakfast counter.
The main master bedroom has a king bed, fireplace,big screen LCD television,ceiling fan with exposed rustic beams.
The secondary master bedroom has a queen and full bed as well as a television.
Bedroom #3 has a full bed plus two twins(twin plus trundle).
Bedroom #4 has a twin bed with trundle and a set of bunk beds.
The living room has a queen sleeper with LCD television.
The den/loft has a futon with a television as well.

This house was a nice hidden gem! We had a great time skiing Okemo. The house was perfect and fit all of our needs! The house was stocked with almost everything that we forgot. Plenty of linens and extra paper products! Would rent again

Super close to Okemo, as well as a variety of restaurants around to choose from. Grocery store is 4 minutes away as well, everything you might need for a winter get away is within 10 minutes. House was quite spacious and could sleep 12 easily. Hot tub was outside and covered so even on the snowy nights we could enjoy it! 9” of snow dropped overnight and Jamie made sure that the driveway was plowed by 6:30am so we could get to the mountain before the lifts started running.

1. Great location! This house is less than a 10 minute drive to Okemo base so if part of your ski group wants to head back to the house for lunch, they can. It's at a convenient location. There are plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and Shaws Supermarket is 5 minutes away.2. The house itself was perfect for a family vacation w/ comfortable beds and pillows for everyone. The bunk room is great for kids and adults, or a family of 4. The instructions around the house are clear and simple.3. There is a living space on the 2nd floor where the kids enjoyed 'escaping' to while the adults were in the large ground floor living room. There is definitely enough space for everyone if you wanted to be away from the rest of the group. There are enough seats for everyone, throughout the house.4. The hot tub is outdoors in a covered area, which was nice on a snowy/windy day. 5. There were sufficient pots and pans, cookware, utensils for a group of 12. 6. It was nice that they had a mudroom where we could leave our snow gear without having to track any of the dirt, snow, debris into the house. 7. Jamie was excellent and responsive. We'd definitely want to book again in the future!

Awesome property for a big group, more than enough space right near Okemo for skiing and celebrating. The house itself was very nice and inviting, and the best parts were the hot tub on a cold night and the barn with a fireplace and game room to hang out and have fun! Jamie was extremely helpful and responsive with any questions and concerns. Would definitely stay here again!
