About this cabin rental
Located in Ludlow only minutes from Okemo Mountain, this professionally decorated home, with over 3000 Sq ft of living space, includes 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with enough space to sleep up to 12 people. Unlike many other homes that sleep 12, this home comfortably SEATS 12 in the dining room, the dining table on the back deck and the family rooms! The kitchen boasts modern, stainless appliances, a main floor laundry room as well as a main floor game room. The home is extremely private, located at the end of dirt road, making it very quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend 4 wheel drive on all the vehicles coming to the house. If the weather conditions are dry there won’t be an issue, but the moment there is rain, sleet, ice or snow, the main roads become difficult and our road and driveway becomes very slick. Please keep this in mind when coming to Vermont. Many of Vermonts roads are gravel and dirt, making them difficult to traverse.
The home also has an automatic generator for all those times that winter storms knock out the power.

The house was amazing and the host was even better. Very accommodating with a few requests that we had. Such a great winter ski weekend tucked away in the mountains. We’d love to be back again someday.

The house itself is great. There were a few bumps:
Silverware was dirty, the silverware draw disgusting with old food and crumbs. Salad servers old and rusty.
Second floor every room has peeling sheetrock tape and in poor condition.
Lower level bathroom pump stopped working on day 2 toilet and shower floor flooded. Texted owner, they responded the next day. We were unable to use that bathroom with 10 people staying there. :(
Some of the sheets were old and covered in pilling.
This is a wonderful home and is in need of a little "love and attention to detail"
