Studio 21 m2 equipped for 4 people (Ideally 2 adults and 2 children). In the heart of the resort. Residence LES ARAVIS. (one of the most sought after residences in the famous place of the MENUIRES). The view from the balcony is a permanent show about the life of the resort.
Departure and return to the ski-in ski-out studio.
Children's toboggan run in front of the balcony. Free treadmill for beginners in front of the apartment.
Balcony ground floor facing South West sunny all day.
Many shops, restaurants and services nearby (equipment rental), 2 mini-markets, press, ESF, packages, cinema, sports center with spa, swimming pool and gym ...).
Access to the shops and all the services of the station without going outside. A privileged location on the Croisette. Direct access to ski schools and departure of the courses.
The car is useless for the duration of the stay.
2 individual bunk beds of 80 cms + 1 sofa BZ forming sleeping 160 cms x 205 cms for 2 people. A folding baby bed and a high chair if needed are available. Toilet with washbasin and WC. Kitchen with double electric hob microwave mini oven fridge coffee maker, raclette and fondue set, toaster.
Ski locker on the balcony. Individual ski locker lockable in common area near the apartment.
The family resort of Les Menuires is part of the domain of the 3 valleys. The largest ski area in the world with 650 kms of slopes.
Ski connection with Méribel, Val Thorens, Couchevel and St Martin de Belleville.
You can also go cross-country skiing, hiking or snowshoeing. From the sleigh ride pulled by dogs. From sledding on a 4 km runway.

The most wonderful holiday we stayed for the whole of Jan with our 2 children, from the moment we arrived Patrice and Cath were so helpful with everything we can not recommend enough already booked to come back, the accomodation was perfect had everything you would need for a perfect ski holiday amazing location, especially for children. Amazing hosts A holiday we will remember forever, highly recommend

Perfect location for a family with 2 children, apartment very comfortable and clean, owners very kind and always available. Really the best you can expect. We will definitely be back next year!

Very welcoming hosts, warm and cozy apartment straight on the slope and side by side with magic carpet for kids, ski-in just to the doors of our apartment, access to all the amenities without need to leave the premises, nice view. Overall very happy and can't recommend enough! Big thank you!

Studio idéalement situé, qui nous a permi de profiter des pistes et de la croisette. Le balcon est top pour profiter du soleil le matin comme l'apres-midi !
