The location, the wonderful view, the optimization of the apartment and little cleaning starting packs

Only single beds by 3 in the 2 rooms but was ok for a skiing holidays. Had to wait sometimes more than 5 mins for elevator

GOOD - Central location (Roc 1 and Menuires ski lifts in front of the building, ski pass desk, groceries restaurants, ski rentals all very near by) - View (10th / last floor with windows on 3 sides of the building) - Kitchen equipment (dishwasher, a lot of cutlery, plates, pans) - Public car park near by - Ski locker at the groundfloor - You can ask the rental agency to get the keys from a lock box if you arrive after 7pm

BAD - Extra costs for towels, bed linens, wifi (see below) - Bad quality of the mattresses (probably the cheapest piece of foam you can buy) - No hand wash, shower gel, shampoo in the bathroom, the bathmat is a piece of paper - The decoration is old and you can hear the elevator and neighbour noises through the wall but it is not a surprise with this type of old building ** Compulsory extra costs: - Breakage deposit by credit card Visa / Mastercard EUR: 500.00 fixed price ** Bookable additional services (before arrival / subject to availability): - Towels (initial supply): EUR 8.00 per towel - Bed linen (initial supply): EUR 11.00 per bed - WIFI (max. 5 connecting devices – LIMIT 5 GB per day): EUR 5.60 per day
