Full sized bed, flat screen tv, private patio, access to private pool, lots of trees, quiet and serene atmosphere in a very safe neighborhood. Close to Downtown LA, Hollywood, Cal State, Occidental College, and the Americana! Ideal for one person NO SMOKING. Sorry no pets.

My husband and I were in LA to visit our new grandson. The location couldn't have been better. The studio was cute and very clean. It was very hot on some of the days we visited but the studio stayed very comfortable even without air conditioning. Entry is secure and private. Our hosts were so nice and helpful. This is a real gem.
