About this apartment rental
The direct Gulf front views are spectacular from this 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium. The master bedroom features a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with step-in shower, sliding glass door to balcony and TV, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and TV, and the 3rd bedroom has twin trundle beds. The Hallway bathroom has a tub with shower. There is a DVD in the living room and Washer/Dryer is right in the unit for added convenience. The head on views of the Gulf of Mexico and lush tropical landscaping just below the balcony can be seen from both the living room and the master bedroom. Free long distance to US and Canada and secure Wi-Fi in condo. The property has both a heated swimming pool and hot tub as well as both gas and charcoal grills for your use. Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.
Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.
Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.
Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.

We enjoyed our stay. My wife and I work remotely and needed to work while staying during our kids' fall break. This was the perfect place. It has its own wifi, and we were able to work from the balcony while the teenagers played on the beach.

Needs to be cleaned better. I liked that it was calm and peaceful but yet close to Clearwater and St Petersburg.
