On the ground floor, two double bedrooms are equipped with large wardrobes for your belongings. A bathroom and separate toilet are also available on this level. The first floor, with its sloping ceilings, offers a second shower room for added comfort, as well as a separate toilet. A third double bedroom, small but cozy, and a family room with a double bed and two single beds complete the sleeping area. Two secure parking spaces are available, ensuring hassle-free parking even during peak season. The nearby cycle path allows you to reach the beaches of Hossegor and Capbreton in just a few minutes.
END-OF-STAY CLEANING
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking. However, this is a standard cleaning. If the accommodation is left in a condition requiring more thorough cleaning, a €60 cleaning fee will be charged.

ARRIVAL
You will be greeted in person on your arrival day whenever possible.
If our arrival times are not compatible, a key box is available; details will be sent on the morning of your arrival.

Bed linens and towels are provided according to the number of guests.
