Staff was very helpful and friendly even under pressure. Wonderful stay
Breakfast was NOT included?!? Apparently I needed vouchers. My stay unfortunately was due to storms knocking out my power. It would have been nice to have my breakfast included with my stay.

Met our newds
Staff needs to be more friendly. Person at counter during check in needs to open his mouth when he speaks. I could barely understand him. Another employee in the morning was frustrated because we got in the elevator with him. Seemed he was in a hurry but kept getting frustrated as the elevator stopped at each floor for additional people. Kept mumbling under his breath to hurry up. Made us uncomfortable.
