Great short stay!

Our son loved the pool, it was clean and the water temperature was perfect. They also have a pet tortoise which greeted us in the morning my son thought that was great! The staff also let him feed the tortoise which he loved. The breakfast was fresh and very good. The owners and staff were very kind and accommodating.

The entrance was closed and no one would answer the doorbell. We weren’t able to check in upon arrival.

No one answered the phone or the doorbell. Only hours later did we have a response on WhatsApp to try and resolve the issue.

Family were fantastic! Room so clean and modern.

The family who runs this hotel is so nice! We spoke no Portuguese and they spoke no English so we used Google translate a lot. It was kind of a funny game for them. They put their phone # in my phone and I was to call them if we had any issues. Unlimited massive breakfast of so many things. I found the fresh fruits best, but so much more. Perhaps because I think we were the only people there, we certainly got special treatment. On arrival and each afternoon we had tea and cakes with them. They offered (and did) drive us about, would not take money. A taxi costs 14R to Centro. We walked to a supermarket, probably 20 minutes. The room had a beautiful view of the lake and mountain, very modern, glass and chrome, spotless clean! All around the yard are beautiful flowers. The pool is great.Wifi just as good as at home. ( Fast).

Like All toilets in South America, even the best hotels, putting used toilet paper in the garbage and not flushing the paper is hard to get used to! They had a sort of bidet thing that helped.

The bed did not have a sheet between us and the comforter ( I guess normal here) , but I asked and the appeared 2 min later with more.

Limpeza dos quartos, pessoas fumando em torno da casa e nos quartos sentia todo o odor, algumas coisas velhas precisando de restauração tipo: Tampa do vaso. Sem ducha higiênica, cama balançando e fazendo barulho ao sentar.

Somente agradecer pela excelente estadia que eu e minha família tivemos. Tudo perfeito. Os donos muito simpáticos e solícitos desde o primeiro contato por telefone até a despedida. Minha vó se sentiu mal e até chazinho fizeram para ela. Meus sobrinhos tratados muito bem. Comemoramos o aniversário de um sobrinho lá. Hotel lindo, quartos maravilhosos, camas super confortáveis, ar condicionado bom. Tudo limpinho. Café da manhã maravilhoso e ainda café da tarde (nunca tinha visto café da tarde em hotéis que já fiquei). A piscina maravilhosa. Aproveitamos muito! Agora só pensamos em quando vamos voltar.

O café da manhã, jantar e lanche da tarde são excelentes. Os funcionários são atenciosos e prestativos.

Fiquei com receio de deixar o veículo na rua, mas deu tudo certo. A rua é sem saída e com imóveis de grande porte ao redor, bem pacífico o local.

Local super tranquilo e familiar!!

Eu gostei muito da minha hospedagem, fui com minha família passar um final de semana pra descansar e fiquei muito feliz com a pousada, minha família também gostou bastante, cada detalhe fizeram toda a diferença, as moças que nos recepcionaram foram maravilhosas, tivemos muita atenção em tudo que precisamos, os quartos muito bem arrumados, o café muito bom e a localização da pousada que fica bem perto dos pontos turísticos, amei tudo e voltaremos mais vezes com certeza!🤗

Bom custo-benefício

Acomodação simples mas bem agradável. Lugar tranquilo, boa cama e excelente ducha. Quarto arejado e limpo (apesar de compacto) e café da manhã bom. A relação custo-benefício é boa. Talvez o único ponto negativo é que não tem estacionamento no interior das instalações, o carro fica em uma rua residencial (onde é uma das entradas). Não vi perigo nem nada, mas para acessar tem que subr escadas, etc. Não compromete a experiência, apenas uma observação. Em contrapartida, as funcionárias serviram um café no meio da tarde (nas instalações do refeitório). Acaba sendo bem servido… café, leite, frutas, biscoitos, pão, frios… uma boa opção para um lanche rápido antes de ir para algum passeio. Surpreendeu.

O atendimento é ótimo. Todos muitíssimo simpáticos e atenciosos.A hospedagem é bem simples. Os banheiros do quarto superior eram ótimos. A vista do quarto superior é bacana, mas diante da proximidade com a rodovia não é muito silencioso. O café da manhã é simples, mas tudo muito gostoso.

Cobertas sem elástico ficam soltando a noite. Não ocorreu reposição das toalhas, nem retirada do lixo do banheiro. Tive que solicitar toalhas limpas.
