Nous avons pris beaucoup de plaisir à découvrir la région à partir de la Commanderie ! Les fin de journée d'été étaient très agréable dans le parc arboré avec une vue sur les champs de tournesol ! (nous aurions juste apprécié que le salon d'été soit déjà installé à notre arrivée). Il faut avoir en tête que cette belle maison en pierre a forcément des murs très épais et peu de lumière dans certaines pièces (salle à manger et plusieurs des chambres n'ont qu'une toute petite fenêtre). Le rapport qualité /prix est peut-être un peu élevé.

We managed to get together, a group of friends since childhood with our children, to spend a full week vacation during the summer. La Commanderie has been an absolutely amazing place for us, adults and children. Rebecca, the owner, was attentive to everything: helped us find an splendid cook, cleaning ladies, driver, sent us all sorts of tourist, cultural and activities information, gathered wonderful wine for us... It all contributed to make this week even more extraordinary. We are all so grateful for this unforgettable week, and hope we can get together again next year and make it a tradition.

Avec la famille et les amis du monde entier, La Commanderie a fourni un cadre magnifique pour notre mariage de fille. Les invités n'auraient pas souhaité un endroit plus heureux et agréable, près de Mirepoix où beaucoup d'entre eux sont restés. L'ajout d'un sens de l'histoire et de la tradition était quelque chose d'unique, surtout pour notre famille et nos amis d'Australie. Les invités écossais du marié ont également été impressionnés par le cadre magnifique. La fête des mariés a apprécié l'atmosphère royale tout en restant dans le grand château tandis que maman, papa et famille ont apprécié la paix à une courte distance dans le «chalet». Merci à Rebecca de conserver quelque chose qui est important pour la tradition et l'histoire.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Plaigne. La maison est grande et agréable, très propre et bien équipée, idéale pour des vacances au calme dans une très belle région.
La location correspondait à ce à quoi nous nous attendions, les loueurs étaient charmants même si nous n'avons pas eu souvent l'occasion de nous voir!
Le village de Mirepoix nous a enchantés, les châteaux bien sûrs sont à ne pas manquer et nous avons apprécier l'ambiance conviviale des villages alentour
