The Domaine de Montagnac is a cottage of character in the heart of Ariège.
With a rural setting and a panoramic view of the Pyrenees, this former stable farm composed of 4 houses has been renovated while keeping its charm of yesteryear.
Its swimming pool and its very large garden make it a perfect place for your family reunions, seminars and bucolic stays with family or friends.
This completely renovated house includes a large reception room of 105m2, a semi-professional kitchen on the first floor. A first mezzanine of 65m2 with billiard and a second of 30m2 offer many living spaces. The beds are spread over 2 floors:
- Floor 1: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 sofa bed
- Floor 2: 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom, 1 sofa bed
That's 13 beds.

Cette maison est extraordinaire! Il y a tout le confort nécessaire que ce soit pour dormir, se laver, cuisiner...). La maison est tres chaleureuse, spacieuse. Il est rare d'avoir autant de chambres (avec des lits très confortables) et de salles de bain. Vous pouvez donc vous retrouver en groupe tout en gardant une certaine intimité. La terrasse est également superbe : nous avons pu déjeuner à l'extérieur, au soleil, face à toute la chaine des Pyrénées!
Enfin l'accueil et la disponibilité du propriétaire et de la personne qui gère les arrivées et départs est un vrai plus!
C'est la 2ème fois que nous y séjournont et à chaque fois nous y avons passé de très très bons moments!
Nous recommandons cette maison sans modération!!!
