About this apartment rental
Studio 20m2, equipped for 3/4 people, located in a quiet and secure residence (access by badge), a few minutes from the slopes and ski lifts (Vagère, Transarc, Villards ...), and 50 m from shops and restaurants
For your vehicle, in winter, a place in the covered Villards car park (maximum height 1.80m), under the residence, is free (value 87 €).

- Entrance with sleeping area separated from the sleeping area by curtain: 80x190 bunk beds
- Built-in kitchen: 2-burner ceramic hob + extractor hood, multi-function oven (convection and microwave), fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine ...
- Living room: dining area equipped for 4 people, and Rapido 140 sofa, flat screen TV
- Bedding: mattress covers, 1 duvet 200x200, 2 duvets 140x200, pillows
- New bathroom with shower + shower screen and sink cabinet

Appartement très bien situé, proche des pistes et des commerces. Il y'a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. La literie est correcte.
Très bon contact avec les propriétaires qui ont su résoudre rapidement les petits problèmes que nous avons rencontrés.
Seul petit bémol : l'aération commune avec tout l'immeuble. Ce qui fait que nous avons parfois entendu la musique d'une boîte de nuit situé à proximité de l'immeuble.
