About this apartment rental
Les Arcs 1800, one of the 10 leading resorts in the Alps, located 15 km above the town of Bourg Saint Maurice.
We have been renting our apartment for 25 years in a relationship of trust with our tenants.
This apartment is located in the residence, Les Tournavelles, facing the slopes in the middle of the resort. Its wooden architecture allows it to be incorporated harmoniously into the snowy landscape. Its central location allows access quickly and easily to all services of the resort: the ski lifts, shops, meeting ski schools, daycare centers, toboggans, swimming pool, etc ...
Facing west, located in the side valley floor (entrance floor slopes side), it has an area of 34 m², has a sleeping room with 2 persons, well equipped with kitchen, a bathroom with tub , a room for 3 with 2 bunk beds and separate WC. Its balcony offers a great view of the sun setting over the Isère valley.
Its access is easy by car but also by generally direct TGV for many cities in France. Access to the station is either by bus or by funicular to Arc 1600 and then shuttle, all in less than 3/4 hour.

Appartement très bien équipé et très bien situé, aux pieds des pistes, des commerces, belle vue dégagée. Charme du Charlotte Perriand rénové. Tout est comme décrit sur l annonce. Attention pour ceux qui ne supportent pas le bruit la nuit des bars et du passage de noctambules juste en dessous en période de forte affluence. Nous sommes néanmoins ravis de cette location.

C'est le deuxième séjour que nous faisons dans cet appartement. Il a été rénové et reste toujours fonctionnel et très bien situé.

"Appartement très bien situé aux pieds des pistes. Dommage qu'il soit situé côté rue (bars, commerces,...) car il est de ce fait très bruyant la nuit."
