Taking in the best of what Lorne has to offer, lofted ceilings and full length windows provide generous natural light, not to mention the ocean views. Flanking this living space is the en suited master bedroom, also offering ocean views into Louttit Bay. Other features include spacious enclosed deck area, combustion fire, enclosed yard complete with Balinese style outdoor shower. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

We stayed 7 nights & felt at home immediately upon arrival. House was clean & well presented. The upstairs was beautiful with amazing views, gorgeous light filled windows that captured all of nature with the trees, birds, sea & sky... Kitchen facilities were good, lovely wrap around balcony & the fire kept us toasty & heated up the whole upstairs wonderfully.
Our only criticism was that the 4th bedroom which we would have used was very cold, dark, damp & unwelcoming so we didn’t bother to use it. It would have been better left as a garage & not converted to an awful room. But apart from that we enjoyed a lovely relaxing week here & highly recommend for that cosy, basic home away from home feel ...

The house was lovely but I didn't feel we could leave our dog outside as some of the fences were quite low and the gate had a gap underneath large enough for our dog to get under (as proven by 2 neighbourhood dogs who came to visit).

Our small writing group loves staying at Farm Crosse once or twice a year as a retreat.
We love the quiet location, which is perfect for relaxing and for creativity.
It's only a short stroll down to the beach and a short walk into town. Perfect in summer thanks to the cool breeze, and lovely and cozy in winter with the fire going.
