About this house rental
Very nice contemporary house located in the Enclave of the Popes in Valréas, a small Provençal town. You will find family or with friends the pleasure of relaxing in a very quiet place 1 minute walk from the city center. The volumes are very comfortable as well as the furniture. The house is very well equipped. A carport can park 2 cars in the shade. The garden of 750 m2 is closed, and has an electric gate and a solid gate at the end of the path. It makes you want to relax on the beautiful wooden terrace while listening to birds or to cool off in the pool. the summer lounge on the terrace is very friendly.
The location of the house allows the association of facilities, pleasures of the city while having the impression of being in the countryside because the garden is a haven of peace in a very calm district.
Many walks or bike rides are possible from the house.
A well-enriched book is available to guide you in your leisure.

A big party takes place early August in Valréas which lasts 4 days for the pleasure of young and old.

The well insulated wooden house preserves heat. It is built in 2 separate blocks. One is 110m² (kitchen, pantry, wc, shower room, bedroom, living room, dining room). The other block is 35 m² (2 bedrooms, a bathroom, toilet in common) that overlook the pool.
The bathrooms are very nice with spacious showers.
The summer lounge allows you to enjoy every moment in the shade of the terrace.
The shade or the sun are everywhere in the garden.
The carport is very popular in summer.
Animals are accepted under certain conditions.
