1 fitted and equipped kitchen with dining area
1 shower room and 1 separate toilet
This house is on a plot of 2000m² where you can plant your tents or install your caravan or your motorhome to fully enjoy this natural setting, all 1 km from the sea, and the beach of Sauveterre known in the region for its natural setting and its waves!
Direct access on foot or by bike from the house through the forest!
Outside the house you can enjoy a barbecue and a terrace with a large table and chairs.
Various games are also available (Mölkky, badminton, balls ...) but feel free to take yours.
5 minutes from the conveniences of the district of "La Chaume" in Les Sables d'Olonne.
10 minutes from downtown Les Sables d'Olonne where you can enjoy its many shops and its large beach.

très bonne localisation. RAS. je mets cependant seulement 3 étoiles à la précision de l'annonce. En effet, l'annonce ne précise pas qu'il s'agit de traverser une autre propriété avec son portail et son chien moyennement sympathique.

Nachträglich betrachtet war es erst ein Fehler in der Beschreibung (Internet, das es tatsächlich nicht gibt), dass es uns in dieses Häuschen verschlug. Zum Glück!
Denn die abgeschlossene und grüne Lage war so ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Von den Radwegen und dem sehr nahen, sauberen wie naturbelassenen Strand ganz zu schweigen.
So verbrachten wir 14 wundervolle Urlaubstage wie "Gott in Frankreich". Merci!

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances du 28 Juillet au 4 Août 2018 dans ce bel endroit, très agréable avec son grand jardin, proche de la mer et des commerces de La Chaume.
Vacances idéales pour ceux qui aiment vivre dehors.
