Both living areas and master bedroom include reverse cycle heating & cooling. Other features include direct access to the communal pool, located at the rear of the apartment, Bosch appliances, multiple large screen televisions, deck area with outdoor furniture, umbrella & WeberQ. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

We were in town for the Grand Fondo and this was the perfect place to stay! We stayed with friends and the split level step up gave us all a bit of privacy but a great social level in between.
