The first beach is 700m from the house.

An open child club all summer, the pleasure of fishing on foot and discover the oyster bed.
A covered market every morning and its large market on Tuesdays and Fridays.
A spa center, aquatic center, a casino and a racetrack.
Near the islands of Oléron, Aix and Ré.
A few kms from the Corderie Royale de Rochefort and Fort Boyard.

Maison agréable, fraiche, bien aménagée. Proche des commerces et pas très loin des plages.. Bon séjour. La propriétaire est sympathique.

Lovely modern property, well equipped. Only slight negatives was the lack of toilets in the bathrooms. We also found the location a little less peaceful than we hoped due to road noise. That said the property itself was well cared for, stylish and clean with lovely views over a wonderful field of sunflowers. Very close to the retail park with large supermarket. Easy access into La Rochelle. Pleasant if quite long walk to super beach resort at Chataillon Le Plage.
Really enjoyed our stay and Aurelie was a delight to deal with, no problems whatsoever.

The bungalow was ideally placed for the plans we had. Aurelie was very responsive when we had a problem and needed assistance. The property was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks Aurelie

Tres bien: La location etait en accord avec les photos. Maison propre et pratique. Tres sympa la terrasse. Accueil au top avec rosé et galettes. Merciiiiiii.
Tres bons échanges cordiaux avec la propriétaire et celle qui nous a reçu.!emplacement au top pour naviguer entre la Rochelle et oleron. Un peu loin de la plage a pied 500m mais ça se fait! Adresse à garder.
