Forget your worries in this beautiful seaside house completely renovated with taste consisting of a living room, open kitchen, pantry, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, bathroom and an outdoor terrace .
T4 accommodation of 90m2 500m from the sea, located on the seaside resort of Châtelaillon-Plage in the quiet village of the boucholeurs. This emblematic place of the oyster farming world will take you for a stay to the heart of oyster production.
Pretty cobbled streets littering the coast allow easy access to the beaches of Boucholeurs in 5 minutes (small discreet beach of 700m), as well as that of Chatelaillon in 10-15 minutes on foot (large beach of 2.5km).
In a quiet environment 5 minutes walk from the sea (500 meters), 15 minutes south of La Rochelle, close to Châtelaillon (seaside resort, thalassotherapy, casino, market, beautiful beach...)
You are at the boucholeurs (17340), small typical seaside village (small port, local shops).
Many seaside activities (cycle paths, fishing on foot, swimming, sailing/kitesurfing school...)
The location is ideal for getting to the Thalasso Marine Spa (10 min walk), the aquatic centre (12 min), sports course (2min), bike rental (2min) you will also find several oyster huts where you can taste seasonal products on site.
Restaurants are available around the accommodation as well as the unmissable bar "L'air de Java" (5min).
