Nice house in l'Escala in the quiet district of Puig Sec for 8 people 1 km from the beaches of Riells and Montgo, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with WC + 1 separate WC, (1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190 cm , 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200 cm, 1 independent bedroom accessible by the terrace (staircase) and the garden with 1 double bed 160x200 cm and 2 single beds 90x190 cm with its private bathroom + WC) very popular with children and adolescents , large living room living room dining room and open fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, electric coffee maker + Nexpresso coffee maker, washing machine), terrace overlooking the living room with dining table and beautiful view of the pines, fully enclosed garden. Possibility to park a car in the garden and in the quiet street. Very well maintained and newly redecorated house. Free WiFi internet.
Mandatory cleaning fee in addition: 70 euros per stay payable at the end of the stay at the agency. Pets allowed after agreement of the owner.
Linen not provided. Linen rental possible: contact the owner
Reception possible by agency from Tuesday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. (to be confirmed). Summer period: arrival on Saturday from 4 p.m. - Departure on Saturday before 10 a.m.
Security deposit of 300 euros to be paid in cash on arrival and returned on departure from the tenant.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend in der Nähe eines Pinienwaldes. Es ist tadellos eingerichtet, sauber und geräumig. Von der oberen Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick über die Baumkronen weiterer Pinien. Unten lädt das neu eingerichtete und ebenfalls sehr saubere Schwimmbad zu einer Abkühlung ein. Die Kommunikation mit den sehr netten Besitzern Florence und Frédéric lief reibungslos, ebenso wie die Betreuung durch die Agentur vor Ort. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Tout était vraiment parfait. Villa située au calme. Très propre. Très bien équipée. Propriétaires très gentils. L’agence qui s’occupe des clefs....super. Plein de bons conseils. A découvrir absolument

Maison assez bien aménagée, la chambre du bas est sombre, et pas assez aérée, les extérieurs n'étaient pas entretenus, transats et patio, ne donnant pas très envie d'y rester.. Le gros problème du séjour était les fourmis, qui avaient envahi toute la maison, c'était très désagréable !! La route donnant à la maison, était en terre et complètement défoncée ? la maison est loin du centre ville.
