The estate features a charming and authentic 15th-century château that once belonged to Madame de Maintenon, the second wife of King Louis XIV. Surrounded by a water-filled moat, the château has been beautifully and comfortably restored. The 6-hectare park is bordered by the Voise River and the Louis XIV Canal.
A barn, a chapel, an outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court, and a pétanque court complete this exceptional property, located just 80 km from Paris, between Chartres and Rambouillet.
The Château is arranged as follows:
Ground floor:
• Master en-suite bedroom (king-size bed 180x200cm, bathroom with shower and bathtub).
• Spacious 100 sqm living room with a magnificent fireplace.
• 40 sqm dining room accommodating up to 14 guests.
• Fully equipped kitchen.
First floor:
• En-suite bedroom (two king-size beds 180x210cm, bathroom with bathtub/shower).
• En-suite bedroom (king-size bed 180x200cm, can be converted into twin beds, bathroom with bathtub/shower).
• En-suite bedroom (king-size bed 180x200cm, bathroom with bathtub/shower).
Top floor:
• Second living room/TV room/games room with foosball and billiards.
• En-suite bedroom (king-size bed 180x200cm, bathroom with bathtub and shower).
• En-suite bedroom (round bed with a 180 cm diameter, bathroom with bathtub and shower).
