About this house rental
This holiday home in Morbihan in Brittany literally has its feet in the water; at high tide and as you lounge on the balcony, you will be ABOVE the water.
On the ground floor, this house is composed of a kitchen open to the dining room and the living room of 37 m² illuminated by two large bay windows facing south with a wide view of the sea. One bedroom with a large 15 m² bed and two single beds, one of which is a bunk. Sanitary and shower.
Upstairs, a 12 m² bedroom with a double bed and the sea view, facing south. A small 8 m² TV lounge with a sofa bed and access to the 40 m² terrace where the garden furniture awaits you.
You will have the choice between a stroll by the sea or the practice of nautical activities for you or your children right in front of the house. The south orientation of the house will make you enjoy magnificent sunrises and sunsets until the late season.
Strictly non-smoking rental.

Nous avons passé un séjour mémorable dans une maison avec une vue absolument magnifique. Une vraie carte postale. Niveau confort, tout y est. Location à recommander vivement.

Logement qui présente des avantages:
- Vue sur mer,
- salle séparée pour jeux ou TV,
- jeux à disposition,
- literie confortable,
- localisation idéale pour aller sur l'île de Groix,
Il présente selon nous aussi quelques inconvénients:
- plages à 10-20 minutes en voiture,
- frais d'électricité qui viennent s'ajouter aux frais déjà payés sur le site.
En revanche, nous avons observé une forte négligence dans le nettoyage du logement. Nous avons trouvé un logement d'une propreté limitée dans la cuisine et la chambre avec le lit superposé.
Nous avons du passer lors de l'installation 2 heures pour nettoyer: aspirateur, et nettoyage dans la chambre et nettoyage de la cuisine: tiroir à couverts, placards et de tous les éléments que nous allions utiliser.
Certains matériels n'étaient pas utilisable en l'etat: bouilloire, four, machine à café, poubelles (que nous n'avons donc pas utilisés).
Lors de la sortie, le ménage nous a aussi pris plus de temps compte tenu de cette négligence: nettoyage du frigo au complet,..
Par ailleurs, dans l'une des chambres, il n'y avait pas de protection supplémentaire sur le matelas comme cela est habituellement d'usage: drap housse propre ou drap housse à usage unique, sur le protégé-matelas.
Les points qui pourraient être à améliorer:
- ménage +++,
- mise à disposition d'éléments miminum: savons, éponge, et le matériel pour prendre soin du logement: Sel pour le lave-vaisselle, micro-fibres pour nettoyer,..
En conclusion, nous gardons un avis mitigé. À ce prix, nous aurions aimé un logement propre, et le ménage pourrait être inclus.
Le site nous impose de ne pas publier de chiffres, mais avec les différents frais (service, taxe de séjour, électricité), le prix est beaucoup trop cher.
