In dieser schönen Wohnung habe ich mich gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da was man braucht. Der Congierge war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist gut. Man ist sofort in der Stadt. Der Blick in den Innenhof könnte schöner gestaltet sein. Aber die Terrasse war trotzdem sehr willkommen!

Très bon séjour, appartement conforme à la description. L’appartement est moderne, il ne manque rien. Il est très bien situé, dans un quartier calme et dans un immeuble accueillant. Il est possible de tout faire à pied , l’appartement est proche du centre ville. Le propriétaire est très réactif pour répondre aux questions. Le gardien qui nous remet les clés est très accueillant, disponible et à l’écoute ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous reviendrons !

l'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal pour qui veut profiter du centre ville et des quais.
Dans une petite rue tranquille à proximité des restaurants sympas des quais.
Si vous avez une voiture le garage est bien venu mais attention à la taille de votre véhicule, c'est très compliqué de s'y garer, nous y avons laissé un peu de peinture.
Le logement est patfait pour 2 personnes mais attention, les chambres sont très mansardées et nos têtes s'en souviennent.
Nous n'avons pas profité du balcon qui donne sur un parking calme mais pas très glamour.
L'ensemble de l'appartement supporterai une bonne rénovation car malgré la propreté à notre arrivée, le crépis mural donne une impression vieillotte et la salle debain demande également un bon rafraichissement.
Le gardien qui nous accueille est charmant et disponible pour l'arrivée comme pour le départ.
Nous avons toutefois passé un très bon séjour à Sète.
