About this house rental
Nestled in the heart of the city, in the Quartier Haut and 100 meters from the port, this old house is very quiet because it is located in a dead end. A few meters away, on the Place de l'Hospitalet, a historic bar, Le café social. The first shops are 5 minutes' walk away. The market and shopping streets are 10 minutes' walk away. The beach is 3 km away. In front of the house there is the possibility of parking 2 cars.
The 70m2 house has:
- a living room with integrated kitchen
- one bedroom with double bed
- a bedroom-living room with a sofa bed and a single sofa
- a child's bedroom with a bunk bed
- a bathroom
- a 30 m2 terrace equipped with a dining table, garden furniture, two deckchairs and a parasol.
In order to really be able to enjoy the holidays, the house is not equipped with a television but with wifi nonetheless.
Tenants must bring their sheets, towels.
The household is their responsibility.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen. Es war alles unkompliziert und die Wohnung ist einfach schön! Und Sète und die Umbgebung sowieso.
