About this cottage rental
Charming 35m² maisonette, renovated, on a private 40m² garden, facing south, in the heart of the resort, five minutes from the beach, at the foot of shops and restaurants.
Renovated every year, modern and comfortable style. A living room with convertible sofa, 80cm flat screen, internet connection. Kitchen with electric hob, microwave, conventional oven, Nespresso, toaster, kettle, dining area for 4 people. Bathroom with bath, towel dryer and WC.
A 40m² green garden - where, depending on the season, you will appreciate its lilac, roses or apple tree - with garden furniture, and facing south, parasol and electric barbecue.
A very bright bedroom with storage / wardrobe.
The house meets the latest standards in terms of comfort and functionality. On arrival, you will find seasonings, some Nespresso capsules, tea, sugars, dish soap, paper towel, toilet paper, soap ... and also a parasol for the beach.
We provide you with a high chair and a cot if necessary.
Some books are also there to enhance your stay.
Access by the A13 (exit Dozulé), by train (Dives / Cabourg station with several arrivals / departures per day during the summer). A Carrefour market in the city center, local shops and several supermarkets within a radius of 1 km. (Lavomatic at two minutes). Free parking in front of the house.
The owner welcomes you and is at your disposal for the duration of your stay.
