About this apartment rental
Our house is just outside the town. You actually get the impression to be in the countryside, and not so close to the town, as the house is surrounded by meadows and olive trees. The house has a garden of about 3000 square metres. It is used for growing vegetables, but there are also trees and flowers. In the part of the garden close to the house there are pine trees that offer an especially pleasant place in the shade. The house was expanded about ten years ago - now the flat on the first floor is let to tourists that appreciate the location of the house und like Piombino because it is not a purely touristical place. By the way: We live on the top floor. The garden is ideal for children to play in and also for parents who would like to enjoy the sunshine or the shade, just as they prefer. There is also a terrace on which you can eat outside.

Häuschen super. Betten etwas hart, passt aber im großen und ganzen. Zum Strand muss man fahren ist aber nicht weit. Haben alle angeschaut, da gibt's für jeden was. Der penny hat sogar Sonntags offen und hat frisches Pesto an der Theke. Tolle weingüter kann man auch hier anfahren. Die Preise sind fair. Piombino selbst ist klein aber fein. Gute Restaurants und Bars in der Innenstadt.

Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das wir sogar das Meer sehen konnten, hat uns sehr überrascht. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man braucht und für uns zwei war es natürlich sehr grosszügig. Susanne und Olaf, Juli 2021

Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was wir für 4 Personen und 2 Kinder gebraucht haben. Zum Glück auch mit Fliegengittern. Die Räume sind gut geschnitten und man hat viel Platz. Es liegt ausserhalb und es ist sehr ruhig dort, das haben wir sehr genossen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist rundum super, gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Durch die Fliegengitter und Rolläden kann man sowohl die Hitze als auch die Stechmücken prima fernhalten. Ein Auto ist natürlich notwendig, aber so erreicht man in einigen Minuten das Zentrum von Piombino, zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vor allem: die schönsten Sandstrände!
Der Kontakt im Voraus und bei der Ankunft war sehr nett und informativ, wir danken für die Gastfreundschaft und kommen sicher wieder!
