The open, high-quality kitchen with dining table is integrated into the living room and has a fridge, microwave, 4-plate stove with oven and a dishwasher. The exclusive bathroom is equipped with shower / WC and unlimited hot water supply (electric). The adjoining utility room has a washing machine and a large wardrobe that provides ample storage space. The floor on the ground floor is granite.   The separate children's room in the attic can be reached via a spiral staircase that has two separate beds.
