We had a lovely time in a lovely house in a lovely location. This was our first time back to Brittany in ten years and this was great place to stay with our small family. My only issue was that the second toilet was really very small and my brother in law struggled to use it. Luckily my parents in law (aged 80) were unable to join us. If they had been there , they would not been able to use it. I think it would be helpful for the online listing to mention that the second toilet may be hard to use for adults, especially anyone with mobility issues. Dont get me wrong, this is a great place for a large family, but the toilets will be a bit of a squeeze if there are more than two adults. At least, that was our experience.

This is a lovely property, which is very well located and kitted out. The beach is a few minutes walk from the house and there are also some great tennis courts just next to the beach. Be aware that there are some hidden charges. The original price does not mention the extra 140 euros needed for cleaning and extra tourist taxes. The price for renting towels is very steep (60 euros), so it’s best to take those with you. There were some homely touches lacking, as there was literally nothing to use in terms of cooking ingredients, such as salt and pepper. All in all, though, a great place.

Cette maison est très moderne et extrêmement bien agencée. Très spacieuse aussi. La chambre parentale est sublime avec vue sur mer. L environnement est calme. Dommage que la vue sur mer soit en partie tronquée par une rangée de maisons . Cela dit, on arrive rapidement sur la plage à pied. Sinon Gwendrez ( surf et plage surveillée) est accessible en vélo à 5 km et Audierne ( plage très calme et sécuritaire et centre de voile) à 5 km: idéal pour des sports nautiques variés. Les propriétaires sont réactifs et bienveillants. Nous avons donc passé de bien jolies vacances.

Very clean, very practical house

We had a wonderful week at this rental. The house was spotless when we arrived, which is always a good start to a vacation! We were there during the dead of winter and I was a bit afraid of having a cold and drafty house as the region is so windy but the windows and doors are double glazed. We were very warm and comfortable even during a winter storm one night. The hosts are easily reachable by phone or email if there is problem. There is a tennis court close by and the hosts have rackets and balls we could use which was great with the kids. Also many board games. If you enjoy cooking, the house has many sets of pans, plates an oven and a large fridge. We would love to come back one day in the summer! Word of warning: there is a cleaning fee which we only found out about once we´d paid Abritel, it was included in the contract but you only get this once the reservation is paid for. So maybe write them first before booking to check the fee. Secondly, the bottom bedroom should be avoided by light-sleepers as there´s an electric meter there which makes clicking sounds every few minutes. Also check about shower towels as these have to be rented as well.

Eines der besten Häuser die wir jemals gebucht hatten. Sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem alles da, was für den täglichen Bedarf nötig. Kurzer Weg auch nach Audierne. Perfekt für die Ankunft geputzt und vorbereitet. Schnelle und höfliche Kommunikation. Küche, Fernseher und WIFI top. Sonnige, gut möblierte Terrasse. Wir haben nicht´s vermisst.

Belle villa spacieuse et bien équipée (sauf le sofa et le fauteuil du salon inconfortables). Bémol pour le prix des serviettes en surplus et surtout déception de la vue sur la mer qui n’est pas conforme aux photos du descriptif de la villa... il y a maintenant une nouvelle maison construite bouchant la vue, ce qui fait qu’on aperçoit un peu la mer entre les maisons.. dommage... Sinon l’environnement est très calme et la villa est bien située avec épicerie et pharmacie près. Très jolie région avec des plages magnifiques!

Die Einrichtung ist mit Liebe ausgesucht und schon nach kurzer Zeit fühlt man sich heimig. Im Haus steht alles zur Verfügung, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen in absoluter Ruhe und schöner Atmosphere verbracht. Vielen Dank an die Hausbesitzer, wir können Sie nur weiterempfehlen.

The villa is located very near to the beach an we had a lovely view on the sea. The weather was unexpected good 12 days of sunshine in 2weeks. I guess that we had very much luck. The house is very beautiful and we have been very happy to find a stair protection lattice upstairs to protect our small kids. The toilet on the ground floor is really very small an build for maximum medium slim persons. The owner was very polite and friendly and communication was fast an easy. The local contact person was also very friendly. We would love to come back to Villa Bermorder.

Haus sehr schön. Ausstattung sehr gut, besonders Küche mit sehr viel Geschirr und Besteck. Geärgert habe ich mich, daß ich für Handtücher noch 60 bezahlen mußte, obwohl diese laut ihrer Beschreibung zur Ausstattung gehörten. Aufgrund der fehlenden Handtücher bewerte ich den Aufenthalt nur mit 4 Sternen statt sonst mit 5 Sternen.

We spend one week with our three children in this beautiful house in Bremoder. Mrs.Priol is a very nice and well organized host. The house is very friendly, decorated with lots of nice and lovely details and especially the kitchen is fully equipped. We felt all very comfortable.Plouhinec ist perfectly located, supermarket 5 Min. away, Audierne with nice restaurants, a weekend market and nice shops a 10 minutes drive. Surfing at Gwendrez Plage, Saint Tugen Plage or a 25Min. drive to the baie de Trépassés.

Nous avons passé un temps incroyable (trois semaines) dans une maison qui était décrit super sur internet! Il nous n’a rien manqué. Pendant le repas nous avons vu la mer. Le temps était super bien donc on pouvait faire les tours en vélo ou on a eu la possibilité de marcher. Même les villes qu’on avait visité (Quimper et Locronan) étaient super! C’était tellement bien chez vous! Le bilan: nous avons passé des vacances superbe dans une maison parfait! Nous allons recommander ces vacances (la maison et vous) Evi, Anne, Achim und Uli d’allemagne

Les volumes sont bien étudiés pour 7 personnes. On ne marche pas les uns sur les autres. La villa est propre, bien équipée et y se l'approprie très rapidement ... Rien à redire. En plus la vue est magnifique et la suite parentale très agréable Rien à rajouter. Si : On reviendra ... ;-)

Passez des vacances dans cette villa au bord de la mer et vous reviendrez apaisés. Faites des balades et allez à pied à Pors Poulhan le petit port de plouhinec où vous pourrez faire une pause en mangeant des crêpes en terrasse, elles sont délicieuses! Il y a vraiment tout dans la maison pour cuisiner, surtout régalez-vous car sur le marché, vous avez des araignées et Tourteaux à 4€ le Kg mais aussi des homards et langoustes. Les chambres sont avec du parquet massif , superbe literie rien à dire. Pas de circulation, pas de bruit A bientôt Simone

Maison moderne très bien équipée, idéalement située. L'accès à Audierne par le sentier côtier est un enchantement. L'accueil était parfait, la vue, la qualité de l'équipement sur place sont remarquables ... l'impression de ne pas être dans une "location" où tout est compté, mais plutôt la sensation d'être "à la maison". Des matériaux de qualité, un aménagement réalisé avec goût, le souci du détail ; nous reviendrons ! Dernière chose : la visite de l'aquarium d'Audierne et de son spectacle d'oiseaux a ravit petits et grands ; pensez-y.
