About this house rental

This new and modern house has all the necessary comfort. It is located in a quiet side street, just off the famous Audierne beach in Brittany. The house is very well furnished, with everything a family needs for a relaxing stay in Brittany. The city center and the port are 20 minutes walk from the house, where small shops offer the best oysters, crabs, fish and vegetables of Brittany. Pleasant bars and restaurants constantly welcome guests. The golden sand beach of Audierne, just 50 m from the house, is a paradise for children. At 50 m in the other direction, you will find 4 public tennis courts and in 20 min of road you will reach the beaches of Pen Hors or the bay of trepasses, famous among the surfers. The impressive Pointe du Raz is 15 minutes by car ...

Nice house, great location near the beach

We swapped the Jubilee celebrations in the UK for a relaxing week in Brittany. This house seemed to fit the bill when we were searching the websites and it didn't disappoint. In fact it seemed more spacious than the photos implied. It's also situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and just a short walk to the sandy beach and great coastal walks. Walking into Audierne town centre itself takes around 20 minutes so we opted to take the car in the mornings to get the croissants but enjoyed the stroll in the evenings for a good selection of restaurants. Also useful to have a nice creperie (de la Plage) just around the corner. Unfortunately the weather was pretty poor for the beginning of June (both in Brittany and the UK) so our trips to Pointe du Raz etc had to be well planned to make the most of the 'weather windows'. I would also thoroughly recommend a visit to the medieval town of Pont-Croix (a short drive away) coupled with a walk along the River Goyen. Given the weather, we did spend more time in the house than we were expecting to but this gave us a great opportunity to discuss the subtleties of the Yuri Tremler painting in the living room! So to sum up, I would definitely recommend this house to others.

The house is clean modern and spacious. It has a great table tennis table in the garage. It's a great house for children or adults. Only a short walk to restaurants and a great wide beach. At the time we visited in April the area was quiet and some shops and restaurants had not yet opened. The location, although beautiful, is a long drive from St Malo. Overall, would highly recommend.

Nous y avons fêté la fin de l'Année 2021 avec nos amis. Merci pour l'excellent accueil qui nous a été réservé à notre arrivée! Idéalement située la maison est spacieuse et bien équipée, dans une belle ville bien décorée pour les Fêtes. Parfait pour les randonnées. Tout le monde était ravi, à refaire sans hésiter !!!

La maison est très agréable et bien équipée. La situation géographique est parfaite : accès à la plage en 3 minutes et au centre ville en 15 minutes à pied. Très bon accueil.

La maison est suffisamment spacieuse pour 9 personnes, mais elle manque de quelques équipements (où donc est la crépière ? Un comble en Bretagne.) Trêve de plaisanterie, une belle maison idéalement située, dans une ville magnifique, une plage de rêve et des commerces aux top, mention spéciale à la boulangerie Ti Forn et à la crêperie du bord de plage. Enfin bref que du bonheur.

Wir haben uns in dem geräumigen Haus mit Garten und Terrasse sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Küche findet man alles , was man braucht. Es liegt nah am Strand , ideal für warme Sommertage. Mit dem Fahrrad waren wir in 5 min am Hafen und in der Stadt .Audierne oder in die andere Richtung zum Schiffsanleger zur Île de Sein. Gut geeignet für zwei Paare/ zwei Familien.

Hallo ! Der Urlaub in Audierne war sehr toll. Das Haus liegt ca. 200 m vom Strand weg. Es war toll, abends nochmal mit dem Hund an den Strand zu gehen. Sehenswürdigkeiten sind leicht erreichbar, nach Audierne kann man auch mal zu Fuss gehen um Baguette zu holen. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Familien (9 Personen). Betten sind einfach, aber in Ordnung. Fernseher ist etwas klein, es gibt nur einen Videorekorder. DVD war nicht vorhanden. (Aber wir sind ja nicht zum Fernsehen hingefahren) Programme waren bis auf Arte alle nur französisch. (kein Sat o.ä.) Wir haben Audierne in unser Herz geschlossen und kommen gerne wieder :) Duschen nach dem Baden im Meer musste etwas schneller gehen, damit die anderen auch noch warmes Wasser aus dem Boiler bekommen. Wir fanden es sehr nett in dem Haus. Danke sehr. A.W.
