Cozy 71 m2 apartment in a chalet not overlooked with panoramic views. in an exceptional site with a change of scenery.
Located on the 1st floor with large balcony, south east, panoramic view of the Mont Blanc.
Accommodation 7 people, wood burning fireplace, large living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, separate toilet, nice bathroom, shower and sink, heated pool in summer.
A 7 km from Chamonix, 200 meters from the ski area of the Grands-Montets, at the foot of the reserve of the Aiguilles Rouges, numerous sports and cultural activities. Shops (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket ...)
High mountain family friendly atmosphere.

We had a fabulous stay in this great apartment. It is comfortable, spacious, has a lovely balcony with a spectacular view of Mont Blanc. The pool was particularly welcome for a morning dip and at the end of a day's hiking! It is heated but not too much! This apartment is moments walk from a fantastic bakery and only minutes from the centre of Argentiere village.

Just perfect

Just perfect

First of all, the owner is very friendly and reassuring. The appartment is even nicer than on the picture: amazing view of the mountains including l'Aiguille du Midi, fireplace, nice decor, quite conveniently located. I fully recommend it.

Once we finally managed to contact the owner all went well but email's were not replied to and we never saw anyone during our stay. It would have been more helpful if the apartment description had been a little more detailed. It is described as having a bathroom, a shower room and a separate loo. We erroneously thought that the bathroom also had a loo. It did not, there was just one loo for 7 of us which was not ideal! The kitchen was extremely well equipped but without a microwave and the furniture in the lounge was comfortable but only had 6 chairs to sit 7 people at the table. The open fire was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Lack of a drying room was not ideal but we did manage with the rack. The beds were very comfortable. You have to take your own sheets/duvet covers etc plus towels and tea towels and the option to hire from the owner was not offered. Only when I asked about the bedding did the owner say that he could try to hire some if it was a problem bringing our own. The apartment is a short walk from the ski lift and an easy walk to the shops and the village quite quiet. We had a Mont Blanc Unlimited ski pass so Argentiere is well located to take advantage of the pass including Courmayer through the Mont Blanc tunnel which is an excellent ski resort and much cheaper for food and drinks on the slopes. Overall I would recommend the apartment and it was value for money but it urgently needs some updating and TLC plus the services of a handyman to fix wardrobe doors, check radiator valves etc

Appartement très agréable à vivre. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut et personnellement on se passe facilement dû micro-ondes. Petit souci technique au départ, réglé le lendemain par le propriétaire. Super réactivité ! Proche de petits commerces et de Chamonix. Et la piscine chauffée est un régal. Je recommande

Très bel appartement, très spacieux. Trois chambres, deux salles de bain, très bien équipé, tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour parfait. Y compris la piscine chauffée à l’extérieur. Très propre, ce qui est appréciable. Très bien situé proche des commerces. Propriétaire très disponible et réactif, je recommanderais juste de rajouter un micro-ondes, sinon tout était parfait. Je recommande vivement !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement, l'endroit est calme ( à part les autres locataires qui marchent tôt le matin avec leurs chaussures de ski ). Nous n'avions pas fait attention dans l'annonce au fait qu'il n'y avait pas de machine à laver dans l'appartement et c'est bien dommage. Heureusement que les valises étaient bien remplies et quelques petits lavages à la main ont été nécessaires. La cafetière ne fonctionnait pas mais nous avons pu faire du café grâce à la bouilloire car, par souci écologique nous n'utilisons pas de capsules. Le propriétaire a été prévenu et a certainement fait le remplacement après notre départ. Faîtes attention à bien fermer le garage lorsque vous partez la journée car nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de voir une voiture à l'intérieur à notre retour. Et comme il n'y a apparemment pas de concierge dans la résidence, pas moyen de savoir à qui elle appartenait. Sinon, rien à redire. La vue est superbe, la terrasse immense et nous en avons profité un peu lors du redoux. Le logement est très spacieux et à 6 on ne se marchait pas dessus. Chamonix est à 15mns de route et franchement ça vaut le coup d'aller s'y promener. Nous aurons plaisir à revenir dans les années à venir.

Nous revenons pour la 2e fois et nous sommes toujours aussi satisfaits. Le logement est spacieux, bien équipé et bien exposé. Cette année nous étions 8 (4 adultes et 4 enfants de 9 à 14 ans) et c'était parfait. Nous reviendrons probablement

Nous étions 7 adultes et nous avons passé une excellente semaine en février dans cet appartement très spacieux et lumineux grâce à ses grandes baies vitrées qui donnent sur la terrasse. Bonne exposition et vue imprenable sur l'Aiguille du Midi et le Mont-Blanc. Mr Dorly a été très réactif et disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Voiture à l'abri dans un box. Accès à l'appartement possible pour un fauteuil roulant par l'ascenseur même si celui-ci est un peu étroit. Attention accès à la terrasse par 2 marches. En synthèse un très bon séjour.

My family of five spent a lovely vacation in Argentière in this quite roomy flat. A smal but well equipped kitchen, good dining space for the hole family. A nice living room open to the rest of the flat was very good. Three bedrooms, two with double beds queen size and one with two wider bunk beds. A newly renovated bathroom with separate toilet and an older shower room in connection with the room with bunk beds. The apartment was light with a terrace and view of the mountains and Mont Blanc. With the apartment came a cupboard for the skies suitable for four to five skies and a smal garage for the car. We rented linen and towels and cleaning at the end and everything worked out well. Argentière is a smal and nice village with some good restaurants and very close from the apartment to the lifts. Would definitely recommend.

We had a ski family reunion, and this was perfect for it. Enough space in the living room for time together. Kitchen is well equipped to making meals. Walking distance from a lift and shops. Host is very easy to talk to and helpfull. Great views is a given. Merci beacoup!
