Spacious, quiet, large garden with pool, Beautiful view of the vineyards surrounding villages to the Cevennes.

Séguret is part of one of the most beautiful villages in France.
You can walk or mountain bike throughout the Dentelles de Montmirail and to the top of Ventoux.

7km you can visit the Gallo-Roman city of Vaison with its market on Tuesday morning.

Within a radius of 40 km are the Orange ancient theater and the city of the Popes in Avignon.

First impressions were the very welcoming reception from Monique and family on arrival.The combined kitchen and living room was a great size. Kitchen is well equiped. The living room has TV with satellite and Chromecast.Bedrooms are adequately sized, with built in wardrobes.The pool is exquisite - fully up to date. There are two steep steps down. A small children's play area is provided. The area is sheltered by trees, with a mountain the east and a view outwards to the west.Note that the road to the house is very narrow, a lane basically. Don't be surprised on your first arrival! The house is joined to the family home, but there is minimal noise and the family give complete privacy to you if you are on the site. While the pool is overlooked, a curtain ensures that you cannot be seen.

We had a great vacation, enjoyed the House, the area and the pool. Monique is a great host, and she wants to take the best Care of us. The neighbourh is Moniques son and we could ask him for help if nessacery. Very kind People😊

Lovely location. Good views and so close to so many great vineyards and villages. The pool was excellent and set below the house with trees for privacy from the road. Hosts Monique and her son Thierry were very friendly and hospitable. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Wir hatten zwei schöne Wochen in Séguret mit unseren Teenagern, die besonders den Pool schätzten. Der persönliche Empfang durch Monique war sehr nett. Das Haus liegt schön ruhig am Berg und trotz hoher Temperaturen tagsüber, konnte man es im Haus, dank der Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, gut aushalten. In der Umgebung gibt es reichlich schöne Orte zu besichtigen. Auch der Markt in Vaison la Romaine ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Mooie woning. Gastvrije mensen. Alles aanwezig...maar veel en grote diversiteit. Veel servies maar allemaal verschillend. Bijna geen dezelfde wijnglazen. Bij tafeldekken voor vier geen dezelfde vier wijnglazen...jammer bij zo'n mooi huis. Zwembad gedeeld met eigenaar. Geen ligstoelen bij het huis, alleen bij zwembad. De eigenaars zijn super vriendelijk en het huis goed voorzien.....mag gerust een en ander opgeruimd worden.

Nachdem wir sehr freundlich von der Vermieterin Monique empfangen wurden, genossen wir zwei wundervolle Wochen in herrlicher Ruhe in dem zweckmäßig ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Die Aussicht von der uneinsehbaren Terrasse ist atemberaubend schön. Der gepflegte Pool wird regelmäßig vom nebenan wohnenden Sohn der Vermieterin gereinigt und bietet an heissen Tagen herrliche Erfrischung. Die im Nachbarhaus wohnende Familie ist äußerst diskret und ruhig. Als Kritikpunkt möchten wir anmerken, dass das schmale Badewannen-Duschbad sowie die sehr in die Jahre gekommenen Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnbereich (Sofa und Sessel) erneuerungsbedürftig sind.

Ideale woning voor een gezin met meerdere kinderen. De ligging is perfect voor leuke uitstappen en geeft een mooi uitzicht over de vallei. Séguret is een fantastisch mooi dorpje. Badkamer is wel aan vernieuwing toe. Dat is het enige minpunt. Verhuurster is zeer vriendelijk en reageert onmiddellijk.

Monique est aux petits soins et est attentive aux besoins ou demandes de ses locataires. la maison est agréable, mais a besoin d'un coup de frais: la vaisselle doit être mise à jour, la salle de bain rafraîchie, et un grand ménage sera nécessaire pour rendre le séjour vraiment à la hauteur des attentes.

C'était... parfait ! Excellent accueuil par Mme Mounet et son fils. La maison est très grande, en tous cas plus qu'assez pour nous 6. Grande piscine avec eau très claire et propre. La clim' était la bienvenue par cette chaleur. Il ne manque absolument rien au niveau de l'équipement. La petite route qui mène vers la maison peut faire peur au début mais on s'habitue vite. Le panorama qu'on a sur la région est époustouflant, le ciel changeait constamment, vraiment joli à voir. Très très au calme. Wi-Fi pas super vite mais comme ils étaient en train de changer d'opérateur, c'est tout à fait compréhensible et ce n'est que passager. Á conseiller sans hésitation !

Quel accueil ! Excellente semaine passée au calme dans cette très belle région. Maison fonctionnelle et climatisée dans laquelle on se sent parfaitement bien ! La terrasse sans vis à vis et la vue dégagée qu'elle offre, la piscine ainsi que la sympathie et la disponibilité de Monique et de son fils vous assureront un très bon séjour.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille (deux enfants de 9 et 10 ans) dans cette propriété de charme très bien agencée. Un accueil très chaleureux de Monique et son fils. Tout y est fait pour passer un séjour confortable. Belle terrasse, piscine de la bonne taille, grande cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut. Grande pièce à vivre, grande salle de bains et des rangements dans les 3 chambres. Simplement parfait. Juste le bruit des cigales pour nous relaxer. A 15mn à pied de Séguret, élu plus beau village de France. Supérette, boulangerie et boucherie à 5mn en voiture. Nous conseillons cette location et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Ein herzlicher Empfang mit einer Flasche Wein durch die ganz lieben Eigentümer, eine tolle Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht, ein sehr gepflegter Pool, den der Mieter für sich alleine hat, und absolute Ruhe. Auch die nebenan wohnenden sehr diskreten Vermieter haben uns nie gestört. Alles in allem ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt. Jederzeit wieder.

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances en famille. (Avril) .Couple avec 3 enfants (1 ado et 2 jeunes adultes). Très grande maison avec le confort et tout ce dont on a besoin. Literie confortable, 3 chambres lit double, grande salle de bain et cuisine. Salon qui peut loger toute la famille et petit salon en plus! Grande terrasse et vue splendide. Coin tranquille et à proximité pour visiter le vieux Seguret et Vaison La Romaine. Nous avons été bien accueillit par Mme Mounet et son fils avec un beau cadeau à l’arivée. On a pris option ménage car départ dans la nuit et option draps . Lits fait à notre arrivée ! Merci pour tout!
