The apartment is a separate home within a larger house. Three large bedrooms plus a loft. Great kitchen/dining/living room. Well furnished. Every needed appliance and everything of the highest quality. Very comfortable. Walk to adjacent nature park 75 meters away. 100 meters to the local tram. 250 meters from restaurants, grocery and other services. A quiet relaxing retreat in a secure neighborhood of a vibrant, beautiful German city. An easy recommendation to which I would be very happy to return. Communication with the property manager was prompt and easy.

There are trails that start right behind the house. The #2 Train is steps away. The #3 train, university, and restaurants are a short walk away. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and a loft with an additional bed. The patios are very nice. The owner responded instantly to all communications. Great Apartment!

The apartment was exactly as presented in the pictures and very well equipped. 5 of us had a great time and enjoyed the closeness and beauty of the Stadtpark and the tram to the city just around the corner. Baker, Restaurants and other shops are also 6 minutes walk away. The owner was very attentive and everything was very easy and enjoyable. We all would have loved to stay another week. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Wunderschön eingerichtete Dachwohnung mit Balken, Kamin und offener Küche. Das Bad ist sehr geräumig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut. Man ist innerhalb von 15 - 20 min in der Innenstadt.
