Contemporary architect villa, built in 2014, with sea view terrace upstairs offers a spacious living environment open to the heated pool. You will appreciate its proximity to the beaches on foot, from the Chiberta forest and its golf courses. Consisting of a master suite on the ground floor, two double beds rooms and a children's room with bunk beds, this villa can accommodate 8 people maximun. All the comforts of a modern villa is present with its large living room opening onto a terrace of sight opening onto the pool. Functional and modern kitchen, laundry and garage are at your disposal as well as a summer kitchen on the terrace with sea view on the 1st floor. A holiday on the Basque coast unforgettable!

This house is beautiful and well-located. The hosts are very kind and accommodating. It is a ten minute walk to the beach and a ten minute walk to the bakery...perfect vacation spot!
