Beautiful studio apartment with a great sea view.

Beautiful studio apartment just a stone's throw from Caroual beach. Very well equipped and comfortable. Great welcome from Marie-Jo and even a little plate of 'gourmandises' to enjoy! Excellent location for walking the coastal paths and 'voies verts'.

Nothing , really . But we found the position of the television in the room a little unusual!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux et la facilité d’entrer en communication avec Marie-Jo. L’appartement est idéalement aménagé et localisé pour y séjourner quelques jours. Vue sur mer, literie très agréable, tout pour plaire ! Un immense merci !!! ☺️

Magnifique loft très bien décoré, et équipé, à 2 mn d'une très belle plage.

Un super loft à 2 mn d'une plage magnifique ! le logement est superbement décoré, et très spacieux; j'ai été accueilli par Marie-jo, qui est adorable; elle avait même préparé des crêpes, de la confiture maison, et une bière locale à mon arrivée... que demander de mieux ! tout est harmonieux dans ce loft; la literie est très confortable, et en terme d'équipement, il ne manque rien. je recommande vivement.

Das Appartement hat eine tolle Lage mit tollem Blick zum Meer. Die Gastgeberin ist außerordentlich nett. Wir wurden sogar mit einem kleinen Gastgeschenk überrascht . Das Appartement und auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet genügend Platz. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz. Parken direkt vor der Tür.

Für 2 Personen ist das Appartement groß genug. Für 4 Erwachsene nicht unbedingt geeignet. 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ist in Ordnung. Man kommt hier nur mit Französischen weiter oder Google Übersetzung und ähnlichem.

L’accueil, la gentillesse de la propriétaire. Accueil avec une bouteille de cidre, des crêpes, confiture fait maison, caramels et biscuits spécialités de la région. L’appartement était équipé de toutes les commodités et décoré avec goût. Un lit très confortable et belle literie.

Mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann und sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet. Blick aufs Meer. Wir hatten die Räder dabei und konnten sie, wie auch die Koffer etc. im Vorraum unterstellen.

Wunderbar helle Wohnung unmittelbar am Meer

Wunderbar helle und gemütliche Wohnung, liebevoll dekoriert und gut ausgestattet. Die unglaublich herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin war zur Begrüßung ein Glücksfall und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt - gekühlten Cidre und selbstgemachte Crêpes zum Empfang vorzufinden ist absolut nicht selbstverständlich und war toll! Ein weiteres Highlight war für uns auch der Blick aufs Meer und das Meeresrauschen, das unsere Abende auf dem Balkon wunderbar untermalt hat. Wir können dieses Appartement uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden definitiv wieder buchen.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Super séjour dans un appartement top et une hôte tout aussi top

Accueil très chaleureux avec des attentions très appréciables, des crêpes divinement délicieuses. Encore un très grand merci à Marie-Jo pour ses conseils, sa gentillesse, sa bonne humeur et les agréables moments d'échanges. L'appartement est décoré avec goût, extrêmement propre, avec un équipement très complet. La vue sur la mer est splendide. Nous recommandons et y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Séjour merveilleux et surtout à renouveler 😍

Une location vraiment magnifique afin de profiter d Erquy et des alentours tel que les Sables d'Or, etc. Un accueil trés sympatique et plaisant avant de commencer notre séjour avec de jolies petites attentions à notre arrivée. Vous désirez passer un merveilleux moment, venez chez MarieJo et Daniel et vous ne pourrez être que ravi.🥰

Perfekt für Zwei, die den Sonnenuntergang am Strand mögen

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für zwei, mit Strandblick (Sonnenuntergang) und allem, was man braucht. Küche ist komplett eingerichtet, Bad ist top, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang. Alles hat funktioniert, die Begrüßung durch Marie-Jo war herzlich, dazu gab es einige bretonische Köstlichkeiten. Erquy ist wunderbar ruhig und punktet mit dem schönen Strand von Caroual und kleinen Geschäften im Ort, ein großer Hypermarche ist in der Nähe.

Tolle Woche in einem geschmackvollen Apartment mit wunderbarem Blick aufs Meer

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Blick zum Meer. Küchenausstattung perfekt, Parkplatz vor dem Haus, sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Zur Begrüßung gab es Cidre und Bretonische Köstlichkeiten. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen.
