Excellent location; love the dog-friendly nature of the house

Very little-to-none basic products at the house such as dishwashing liquid, laundry liquid, hand soap etc, which makes it tough when you step straight off a plane.

Amazing location! The house was perfect for our stay — spacious enough for a family and equipped with all the amenities you could need for a week away. The yard was large enough and secure for our dog.

Only downside is that the house doesn't have aircon. Though it does have ceiling fans in the living room and two bedrooms.

Classic beach shack in the most amazing location. Cafe with exceptional coffee literally across the street. The beach literally across the street and you fall asleep at night hearing the sound of the waves. Two blocks walk to Lake Ainsworth and the surf club. Walk the other way and you’re in town for amazing restaurants cafes etc. Truly, this is the best house rental we have ever had in Australia. Don’t expect all the mod cons - come here expecting classic beach shack with heaps of character and of course dog friendly.

Location was excellent. House is really nice.

After a 12 hour drive, arriving at 9pm, we found that we had been given the incorrect code for the key lockbox. We tried getting in touch with management on the emergency contact provided multiple times and we didn’t receive a response until the next morning. There was no apology or acknowledgement of the mistake. 2 rolls of toilet of toilet paper for a week stay, a bit tight. Master bed felt like it was made of concrete.
