Charming Attic with Pool and Seaviews

El piso cubría todas las necesidades.

5⁰ piso sin ascensor, para llegar vivos con maletas es complejo. Todo los alrededores para aparcar son de pago 100% da igual el día aunque nos ayudaron a encontrar un sitio donde pudimos aparcar sin coste. Para el uso de la piscina tiene a 20 personas mayores pidiéndote explicaciones pese a que lleves las pulseras acreditativas. Ven a Jóvenes bajar y tienen poca educación hacia ellos, aunque acrediten su estancia en la piscina.

​The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and even more (including a toaster, blender, etc., though I couldn't find a coffee maker, so we brewed our coffee using a French press). ​Great location, practically in the center of town and literally a 10-minute stroll to the beach. ​The hosts are very pleasant, always in touch, and ready to assist whenever needed. ​We stayed as a party of four (with two kids) and everyone had plenty of space and felt comfortable. A big bonus was the on-site pool, which you can use until 11:00 PM. ​The awesome wrap-around terrace offers an incredible view! ​Large supermarkets are a bit far (5–10 minutes by car—I highly recommend Mercadona), but a couple of small shops are within walking distance. There is also a great selection of restaurants along the seafront.

Not so much negative points, but rather things to take note of (all of which were accurately stated in the listing): ​The apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator. ​There is no secured parking on-site. There is a nearby area where you can park for free, but it's a matter of luck—sometimes it’s crowded and tricky to park or pull out, though we used it without major issues. Paid street parking (blue zone) is also close by, but spots go quickly. ​Lack of air conditioning. You can create decent ventilation by opening windows, but during the heatwave we caught (up to 35°C), even that didn't fully help and it was still pretty warm. ​That’s pretty much it!
