Location of the apartment is perfect and located so close to the beach. Apartment and the kitchen are fitted with all the important and needed amenities which definitely made our stay so much easier. There were x2 beach chairs, towels and umbrella for the beach left to use. We stayed on the 4th floor, so the view from the Balcony was a dream facing the ocean and swimming pool. Balcony door did open across the entire width of the room opening the space even more so breakfasts there was fantastic. Air-conditioning is operated by top up cards that need to be purchased in advance or with Monica (cleaner) (€10 for 17h use) we have purchased 2cards which lasted us for 8 days. Hairdryer in the apartment broke during our stay, so I have contacted Monica who is looking after the cleaning and is the general support for the visitors and I was super impressed that she drove in first thing in the morning especially to give me brand new one. I really appreciated it and thank you again for all the support. It's an apartment not a hotel so be ready to go out with the rubbish and do your own cleaning. We have really enjoyed our stay so thank you again for the lovely experience.

We liked absolutely everything ❤️ Just one suggestion to leave more bin bags and toilet rolls in the apartment. There was salt and black pepper, but would be great to have a bit of sugar for morning caffee rather buying 1kg in the supermarket which was a bit of a waste.

Top Unterkunft für einen längeren Aufenthalt im Süden von Teneriffa Die ständige Meeresbrise macht wirklich den Unterschied, eine Klimaanlage braucht man hier eigentlich nie. Man atmet echte frische Luft, statt sich in einem künstlich gekühlten Zimmer einzusperren. Das war für uns eine richtig schöne Überraschung. Der Pool ist angenehm warm und trotzdem immer ruhig, selbst in der Hauptsaison waren maximal 2-3 Familien gleichzeitig dort. Kein Gedränge, keine Warterei um Liegen, einfach entspannt. Die Lage ist ideal: der Supermarkt liegt direkt um die Ecke, Strand und die Hauptstraße Las Americas sind nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Man hat alles in der Nähe, trotzdem ist es dort angenehm ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam und reagieren schnell auf jede Nachricht. Die Handtücher wurden jede Woche gewechselt und man hat uns immer geholfen, alles ordentlich zu halten. Insgesamt die beste Unterkunft, in der wir im Süden von Teneriffa je gewohnt haben, sogar im Vergleich zum Complejo Orlando 85, wo wir lange Zeit verbracht haben. Wir buchen definitiv wieder hier.

Ein kleiner Wunsch für die Zukunft: etwas schnelleres Internet wäre super, gerade für alle, die während eines längeren Aufenthalts remote arbeiten, und eventuell eine Waschmaschine.

Maybe could do with a touch of modernization but it's not that needed as it's got a rustic charm

Facilities were good spotlessly clean. Tv Stations excellent.Pool great
