I like this quite place with big living room, good kitchen and comfortable beds. All house was very clean. You can find everything you need. There are 2 tables inside. it was comfortable to work sometimes. I can recommend this place. it was a pleas to stay in Kaumadi Villa.

The host was welcoming and made sure we arrived safely. We got a nice cold welcome drink. The appartment was very spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and living room.
Really nice: we only had to pay for the one night, even though we reserved for two.
When we were there (Aug), it was extremely hot and humid and the fans couldn’t cool the house down. We had to open all windows to let a slight night-breeze come in, but with that also lots of mosquitos. We booked for two nights but left a day earlier.

The family who run this guest house are amazingly friendly and super helpful!
The spec to which the place is finished is exceptionally high! Very clean and very welcoming!
The location is a little out of the way. This is only a negative because the haggling with the TukTuk drivers, who are wanting to rip you off, is tiring and boring after a while. This shouldn’t be held against Kaumadi Villa!
