C'est le meilleur hôtel que j'ai fait depuis très longtemps! Une chambre de luxe! Tout été parfait je recommande vraiment! La chambre est grande avec du tres beau marbre quasiment partout. La piscine très belle avec son petite coin détente et un hamac vue sur la rivière.
Une excellente expérience!!

Good location.
Inefficient billing as we put things on the bill which were omitted. We had lunch and drinks and had to tell the staff on the next day what we had eaten.
The safe in the room was locked shut. Twice I asked reception to open it but no luck. The excuse was that we weren't in the room. So what they have passkeys and could have opened the safe.
The Manager was away and that was part of the problem
Breakfast ended at 10 . We cams down at 0940 and the staff had really given up and only served us after some discussion
