About this cottage rental
character cottage completely renovated, very quiet, comfortable, private swimming pool 10x5 (shared with owner), in a very small village (Pasturat), with an exceptional view of the cliffs and the valley, very close to Saint Cirq Lapopie and nearby many tourist sites. Ideal for lovers of old stones wanting the tranquility of a small peaceful village.
visit prehistoric caves and numerous classified sites in the region (Rocamadour, Padirac, Pech Merle, etc.)
hiking, mountain biking, fishing, hunting, golf, tennis, horse riding, canoeing, climbing and other sports. Many hiking trails nearby, including the Way of St. James.

We stayed there with my wife and young daughter for a week.
Pros:
- Really good location to explore the area (plenty to do within 20min and close to a village with shop and boulangerie)
- Great swimming pool, fairly big with great views
- Really nice and helpful host, shared a lot of info on what to do in the area
Cons:
- Furniture a bit basic but functional
- Kitchen was a bit tricky to use as not a lot of equipment (ie only one chopping board, not kitchen towel) and worktops are in stone which marks with pretty much anything so quite stressful to use
- Views on the pictures on the ad is only from a small corner of the garden. Weed killer is being used on part of the garden which may be an issue for some customers
I saw a lot of comments on the house getting hot if outside temperature is high. We did keep the living room windows and curtain closed during the day and we were fine, the house remained cool.

Location très agréable et très propre ! La piscine est très spacieuse et la vue superbe.
L’accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux et ils sont très discret pendant le séjour

Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines avec au programme vélo, rando, des visites et surtout du repos. Le gite se trouve dans le village de Pasturat est équipé de l'essentiel, très bonne literie et frais la nuit en cette période de canicule et à 5 minutes de St Géry pour l'alimentation, la pharmacie et le marché des producteurs du dimanche matin. Tout proche de la vallée du Célé , des grottes de Pech Merle , St Cirq-Lapopie . Nous avons bien profité de la piscine pour nous rafraichir au retour de nos activités et apprécié la vue sur les magnifiques falaises au loin.
