About this villa rental
The small condominium composed of twin villas, built in 2014 in a contemporary style. It is located at the entrance to the prestigious Domaine de Beauvallon in the gulf of Saint-Tropez.
The villa enjoys a wonderful location with an amazing sea view in front of Saint-Tropez and is only a 5-minute walk from 2 sandy beaches, 3 km away from Port Grimaud and 4 km away from Sainte-Maxime.
Description of the villa:
On the ground floor:
A large living/dining room (TV)
A large fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living/dining room
A 2-person bedroom with 2 single beds and a TV
A 2-person bedroom with a bunk bed
A bathroom with shower and washbasin
A separate toilet
From the living room, you can directly access the terrace and the shared pool and green spaces.
Upstairs:
A 2-person bedroom for two people: 1 large bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, television, storage space with hangers, as well as a large terrace with a wonderful view.
A 2-person bedroom: 1 large bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, television, storage space with hangers, as well as a large terrace with a wonderful view.
There is air conditioning throughout the villa.
Travel crib with mattress and baby chair available.
Cleaning service during the stay is possible.
Community pool: 15x6-m with a maximum depth of 1.65 m.
Heated from May until the end of September.
Requested deosit for possible damages at arrival is due : 1500 euros.

The house feels like a proper home, has good quality interior and the kitchen is well equipped (and there is a Weber electric decent size BBQ in the garden). We were 6 adults with a 2 year old and a 5 year old and it didn't feel overcrowded. While in December our aim was sightseeing and culinary tourism (a lot of options within 15min to ca. 1h drive to keep you entertained for more than a week), there is a decent beach just across the road, 2-3min walk door-to-sea. Note the two single beds in the larger bedroom on the ground floor can be combined to form a double bed.

Very well and beautifully equipped house, comfortable and with a nice view of the mediterranean sea. Nice and big pool. Short walk to the beach. Everything looks exactly as shown in the pictures. Very friendly communication with the owner.
To make a long story short: great holidays!

The Villa is tidy, tastefully decorated and just the right size. The villa is equipped with all the necessary equipment to fully enjoy staying indoors on a break day or to function as home base for sleeping and cooking. Also A+
We enjoyed our time here and if we are visiting the area again, we definitely will consider booking again.
One tip for the non planning type of adventurers out there. A decent internet connection is hard to find in the area, plan you sightseeing before your trip. Full disclosure we live in the Netherlands and are quite spoiled internet wise, maybe for others this won’t be a problem at all and there are brochures and a tourist office to help you get started in the area.
For all who read this and consider booking: enjoy your stay, you won’t be disappointed.
