Near the Cité de Carcassonne, on the route to Cathar sites and Romanesque abbeys (FONTFROIDE - LAGRASSE), a very comfortable, detached house with a garden, classified as 4 "épis" by "Gîtes de France," featuring a pool (13 m x 9 m) and a BBQ. Pool house. Shared pool. Numerous opportunities for hiking, horseback riding, and exploring the Canal du Midi. Featuring 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine, it can accommodate up to 6 people
In the village, you can play tennis and go river fishing. Every summer, pétanque tournaments bring together vacationers and locals for memorable games...
There are plenty of activities in the village and in all the neighboring villages.
Beautiful southern markets in Narbonne and Lézignan every week, and along the Mediterranean coast every day.

Kim and I had a wonderful time,
The wine was fantastic
We were able actually to work in the vineyard, the family was very so very lovely to be around.
We only ate out once, the other times we grilled out over old vine branches,,,,,,and again yes there is wine and smiles and wonderful memories.....we will be back in 2024!

The people are friendly. The wine is great. The house is on a small part of the winery. The inside of the house is outdated (appliances/bathroom/toilet). The pool was great. The town itself is very small, but it’s right between Narbonne en Carcasonne. The price was a bit high for the quality.

Nice place. Pool green on day of arrival and person who we met forgot we were coming that day.
Cobwebs in the gite everywhere. I get charm but not cobwebs. Ants in kitchen. Photos not as pictures and very basic kitchen with no real space to prep food. Breakfast bar not fixed so keep moving. Sofa in main lounge downstairs very uncomfortable.
