The house has 3 floors with two balconies and two adorable gardens, once you are there you will found that you are back to home.

On the ground floor is connected to a nice garden, next to which there is a bedroom which is equipped with dressing room, a double bed king size that could be turned into two single beds.

Through the wrought-iron stairs you will reach the first floor, where you will find a luminous and big living room, decorated with marble floors and crystal chandelier, as well as a classical fireplace. Outside the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen (included oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster) with dining area and on the other side there is a bedroom with a queen bed of 160 x 200.

The second floor includes three bedrooms with wooded floor, one large room of 22m2 with a double bed "king size", a second room of 20m2 with double bed "queen size" and a third bedroom with double bed king size which can be divided into 2 single beds.

The house is located in an area surrounded by trees and flowers, the design and environment of the house is definitely children friendly, in the same time you will have convenient access to all facilities in just a walking distance (Commercial center, Supermarket, convenience stores, doctors’ cliniques, pharmacy, restaurants ...) and with 5 minutes walk you will already reached the large Olympic pool where you can relax after a long day sightseeing.

- Métro line 7 and line 14 (5 min away by walk) / where you can easily go to visit all the tourist sites of Paris
- Bus stop (2 min away by walk ) : Bus 47, 125,131, 323, noctilien N15, N22, in particular, line 47 passes Place d'Italie and Gare de l'Est, through the Quatier Latin , Les Arenes de Lutece Mouffetard, Maubert Mutuality, Pantheon and Chatelet.

We enjoyed our stay in Quach’s home.The property was spacious and well equipped if a little dated in places. The shower head was loose in the top bathroom.It was further from the city centre than we expected but close to the metro.Delicious bakery, good restaurants and small supermarket close by.

Large, spacious house-5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms- was perfect for 6 adults for 6 nights. Living room has a large sofa and the dining table seats 8. Beds are comfortable king-sized beds with nice linens. 2 metro lines nearby to get into the city- M14 much less crowded than M7. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals.

We stayed here as a group of 6 persons. The house was immaculate and very large. We did not have a car but the ability to park at the house is a plus There was ample space inside A ground floor suite with walk in shower was very nice for those challenged with ambulation. Living space is on the first floor. There are nearby grocery stores and a short walk to the bus and metro stations. However, it is not in central Paris and if your interest is the cultural landmarks you will need to build in 30 to 45 minutes of transit time. This meant for us we were out early AM and didn't retun until after supper. That made for long days

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has three levels and each family had their own. The property was located close to transit, grocery stores tec. The property was everything you could wish for: clean, well furnished, laundry facilities. We would stay there again for sure and our family visit to Paris was exceptional as a result.

This home is located only 600 meters from the metro with easy access to central Paris. Quach’s communication with her clients is second to none. Her home is large enough that no one is tripping over one another. Lovely flowers in the front of her home. She arranged for two taxis to take us to various destinations upon leaving. We were quite pleased!

We completely enjoyed our stay. The Quach’s were amazing. They offered so many helpful tips that made it so much easier for us to really make the most of our time in Paris. They genuinely cared about our getting settled in with no issues. The house was exactly as described and we were so grateful to be able to come back to it each time after busy days of sightseeing. Buu Chau and his wife were so helpful and accommodating. They made our first group trip to Paris such stress free experience. They had such detailed instructions to everything. Our family of 7 stayed here for 3 nights. The host went above and beyond anything we would have expected to make sure we knew where grocery stores and bus and train stops were. She even had refillable Metro cards for us and walked us to the train station and helped us enable the cards. The house is very large with a beautiful backyard, very close to bus and train stations, but in a neighborhood. This one was better than expected!

This was our first time in Paris. It was further away from everything than we were expecting. The hosts meet you at the house and walk you through everything which took more than an hour after a 10 hour flight so we didn’t love that. They did help us book a taxi from the airport which was appreciated. It’s up a very steep hill to get to which we didn’t know before and ended up being very exhausting after 10+ miles a day around the city. It’s large and spacious, 3 floors with a winding staircase to get to each floor. The bedding doesn’t fit o the beds. I slept in a King bed room that had a Queen size comforter so it’s hard to share with another person. All of the rooms were like this. Personal preference but I would definitely stay much closer to the city if I were to ever go back.

Host was very prompt and exact in her responses and gave us so much information up front. She was there to meet us, even though we arrived early, and walked us through the entire house. She has great directions on how to operate everything. House was clean and nice. 8 minute walk to Metro. Uber will cost 20-25 Euros to get anywhere in the city. Buu was more than accommodating and stood by ready to help. This is a great place to stay.

This property was perfection. We had 5 adults in our group and we had more than enough room to spread out and be comfortable at the property. It was important to us to have lots of room prior to boarding a cruise and being in cramped quarters. The home has everything you need for comfort & located in a nice neighborhood out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to everything that minimal time is spent on traveling to & from the popular tourist sites. Quach was a tremendous help when my cousin left her bag containing her credit cards, passport and cash on the taxi. She went out of her way to help us resolve the issue and we were able to get the bag back with everything intact. She really saved the day when we checked out and our driver did not show up for transport to Eurostar. She was able to contact a driver and he was there within a few minutes. If you need a driver while in the city be sure to reach out to Quach as her contact has better rates and is very reliable. Thank you Quach for a wonderful stay and really treating your guest like family.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Kremlin Bicětre area of Paris. The home had a very comforting, french appeal. The living room was an excellent place to relax after a full day of touring the city, especially with the windows open. The beds were very comfortable. The metro is about a 10 minute downhill walk from the residence, so keep in mind there is slight uphill climb back home. There are two wonderful Patisseries along this route too. Communication with Quach was excellent. She also provided Navigo cards we could load with metro passes. The printed instructions for the appliances was also appreciated. All in all, a very nice stay.

This is such a fun place for the kids. Our 4 kids had so much fun playing hide and seek and quiet reading spots! Very spacious and perfect for our family reunion. The host has basically all the info that we need for places we want to visit. The location is great as it's only a few minutes walk to grocery stores, bakery, restaurants and metro station. We stayed here for a month in the spring with 6 family members - 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 children (ages 5 and 2). For a large group or a family with children, look no further! The owners are wonderful and have thought of/provided everything, even car seats, a high chair, and a pack and play. There also are shutters that black out all the light which was amazing with jetlagged kids! The house is clean and well stocked with anything you need to feel right at home (extra sheets/towels, everything needed to cook meals, toys for the kids, instructions on all of the appliances regarding how to use them, etc.). The house is arranged well - a bedroom on the garden level, one on the main floor, and 3 upstairs so that everyone can spread out. My husband and dad worked while we were there and were able to easily find space/quiet to do so. The gate locks so the children can play outside unattended and the house is walking distance from 2 grocery stores, a playground, and the hospital (luckily we didn't need to use it but it was there). The neighborhood, Kremlin-Bicetre is outside of the city so you'll probably be taking the metro into the city each day (very easy); we needed more space than our budget allowed in center city so this worked out wonderfully and we would stay there again. It also has parking spots if you'll be renting a car to explore anything outside of Paris which we also did. There is a small hill that you have to walk up on the way home from the metro (about a 10 minute walk to/from the metro with small children) and the staircase in the house can be a bit tricky for little ones (we made a rule that our 2-year-old always had to hold an adult's hand when going up/down) but those were really the only downsides. Overall we had a FANTASTIC month living in Paris and we would absolutely recommend this property and stay here again. Thank you, Quach!!

Our family of 5 spent four nights at this well-equipped and spacious home about 20 minutes outside of Paris by Metro. Very clean, plenty of space, plenty of beds and bathrooms, and really every modern amenity a family could need or want. The hosts are outstanding, and left lots of detailed information on the area that was extremely helpful for our first trip to Paris. I would recommend this unit and these hosts without question. The immediate area also has lots of restaurants, boulangeries, supermarkets, etc., so everything you could need is just at your fingertips.

I have stayed in 7 Vrbo locations, this is a standout for excellence. Clean, attractive, comfortable with a host who is organized and responsive. The 3 ring binder with instructions for sights to see and how to get tickets is impressive. Nice neighborhood, restaurants, transportation, bakery! Very pleased.

We really enjoyed our stay! We visited Paris which is so easy to do via metro train. Short walk from metro or you can catch bus. We also went to Euro Disney via Metro and then train which took 1 hour 15 mins door to door and price of weekly metro travel card (£30 per person) covered travelling to Euro Disney as well as around Paris and back to house! Remember to bring a passport photo (can be photocopy of passport) along for metro travel card. The house was so clean and hosts so helpful! TV has Netflix etc! Beds really comfy and although air conditioning is via mobile units it still kept us cool during a heatwave! I can highly recommend this as your Paris accommodation!

Thank you Dam and Chuu for an excellent 1st experience of France. Our family is already looking to return. Our hosts went over and beyond to anticipate our questions and needs. They provided a detailed folder, which I referenced constantly throughout our stay. It is full of everything you need to know. Our host anticipated our need for metro passes and helped us to get our pictures ready for the passes. This made the process quite smooth when we got to the metro station. The house itself was a good size for our family of 5. We had no need for the ground floor bedroom and bathroom. The 2 3rd floor bedrooms were very spacious, while the other 2 were sized mainly for sleeping, which was not a problem for us. I was a little surprised to see the AC's were floor units, which required a hose placed out the window to use. No worries, they all worked so we were ok. Leaving the windows open during the night was not option for us, because the mosquitoes were coming in. The days were very cool so keeping the inside of the house cool was not a problem. There was ample supply of toilet paper (I travelled with my own supply anyway) and a starter supply of paper towel and facial tissues. The location was perfect. Mall, restaurants, metro, bakery, pharmacies (for covid testing and vaccine), and grocery stores were all in walking distance. Overall, I'm so happy we selected this property for our trip. It met all our needs plus wants. Thanks again Dam and Chuu!

This property was great! Plenty of space for our group of nine, very clean, comfortable beds, and fantastic, convenient location. We were able to park our car in the private off street parking area and take the subway to all the downtown sights. We had a wonderful stay!

Mr. and Mrs. Quach were very caring, sweet and informative. They have binders full of transit and attraction info. The house is very roomy and easily accommodated our group of 8. The fridge is large and there is a fully equipped kitchen. The house has room to park a rental car although we chose to walk to the subway and use the transit system to see the usual tourist areas. There are some fun pub type restaurants nearby and it is quite evident this is not a tourist area. We walked a lot and never felt unsafe. The street market nearby is a must see. It goes on twice a week and if you are going to cook be sure to check it out! If you are ok with walking and don’t need to be immersed in the touristy area all the time this place is a great option to consider. Thank you to the Quach family for sharing their property!

The owners are very, very nice and accommodating. The location to the Metro line #7 and a good bakery and grocery were definite pluses. The house is kept up very well with cleaning supplies in every room. We would recommend it for the true Parisienne experience of living in a typical neighborhood.
